No Comments 聲援巴勒斯坦 大學社團台大總圖前「申請場地」晚會
週二（9/16)晚間，台大勞工社、台大濁水溪社、台大女研社、師大人文學社、捍衛全台學權行動、台大穆斯林學生會等校園團體，於台大總圖前舉辦「巴勒斯坦悼念晚會」，批評以色列正在對巴勒斯坦進行的種族清洗與屠殺，並哀悼悲劇中逝去的人們。在短講之後，繞行台大椰林大道。
也在同一天，聯合國人權委員會的獨立專家小組公布調查報告，主張以色列犯下了4項種族滅絕行為，包括殺害巴勒斯坦人、對他們造成嚴重的身體與精神傷害、故意對巴勒斯坦人施行足以毀滅族群的生活條件，以及阻止生育。報告當中點名以色列總理納坦雅胡、總統赫佐格以及前國防部長葛朗特，涉嫌煽動種族滅絕的罪行，呼籲國際社會追究他們的責任。
學生團體籌畫的這場活動，原本訂於9月3日舉行，但因故延期至16日才舉辦。社團學生表示，在原訂活動日的前一天，收到校方通知，表示台大總圖前的空間需要申請；學生們查看校內規則後，確實有相關規定，自覺理虧、而宣布延期。
不過，台大總圖前向來是許多學生聚會、活動的場所。適逢新學年剛開學，16日晚間的總圖前，也可以看到與「悼念巴勒斯坦」活動不相關的幾大群學生，圍圈席地而坐的聚會。
有學生表示，自己3年前也在台大總圖前，參加了「聲援中國白紙革命」的活動，那場活動是大家自發的、沒有主辦團體，似乎也沒有誰去申請場地。「校方可能就是選擇性執法吧」一名聲援巴勒斯坦的學生私下抱怨，感覺特定議題的活動，被校方差別對待。...

No Comments 긴축 반대 수십만 시위가 프랑스를 뒤흔들다
프랑스에서 긴축에 대한 대중의 분노가 매우 거대하게 분출하고 있다. 앞서 9월 10일 긴축 반대 시위에 수십만 명이 호응해 거리로 나섰다.
파리, 낭트, 렌, 리옹 등 전국 수십 개 도시에서 시위대가 행진하고, 버스 차고지와 학교, 도로를 봉쇄하고, 경찰과 전투를 벌였다.
마크롱 정부는 경찰 8만 명을 동원해 시위대에 최루탄과 섬광탄을 쏘며 대응했다. 그러나 시위대는 반격했다.
예컨대 파리에서 경찰은 수천 명 규모의 시위대를 공격해 그들이 파리 북부역 앞 철도 노동자 집회에 합류하는 것을 막으려고 했다. 그러나 시위대는 굴하지 않았고 결국 합류했다. 한 활동가는 이렇게 말했다.
“저는 모든 파업 노동자들을 지지하러 왔습니다. 9월 10일은 시작일 뿐입니다. 정의가 없는 한, 이 나라에 안정은 없을 것입니다.”
시위에서는 “마크롱 퇴진”을 요구하는 목소리도 많았다. 또한 팔레스타인 깃발도 여럿 보인다.
게다가 파시즘 반대 구호를 외치며 파리 거리를 가득 채운 시위대의 행진 영상은 세계적으로 화제가 됐다.
인종차별 반대 공동전선 ‘연대의 행진’도 이날 시위 참가를 호소했다. ‘연대의 행진’을 조직하는 혁명적 사회주의자 드니 고다르는 이렇게 말했다.
“정말 멋들어진 일입니다. 우리는 운동들이 수렴될 공간을 원했습니다. 거대한 운동입니다. 규모만 큰 것이 아니라 긴축 반대 투쟁이 인종차별 반대 투쟁과 연결되고 있습니다.”

The Italian port of Ravenna has blocked two containers bound for Israel, after dock workers and government officials alerted the port authorities, local officials say. Meanwhile, several ports in Italy are today on strike in solidarity with Palestine.
City mayor Alessandro Barattoni said the port, one of the largest in the country, had accepted his and the local government’s request to block two trucks carrying explosives en route to the Israeli port city of Haifa. Barattoni also demanded that the Italian government prevent Israel from shipping its weapons via Italy.
In October last year, Italy’s hard-right government imposed a full arms embargo on Israel. However, the country still serves as a conduit for weapons bound for Israel.

사측은 순이익 289억, 노동자들은 생활고와 산재
9월 11일(목) 대리운전노조가 ‘카카오 플랫폼의 현금 인출기 - 대리기사 야간노동 보고서’를 발표하는 기자간담회를 열었다. 이 자리에서 대리운전 노동자들의 현실을 알리고 카카오 플랫폼 사용자 측을 규탄하는 현장 증언들이 이어졌다.
대리운전 노동자들은 심각한 생계비 위기에 허덕이고 있다. 경제 침체로 콜도 부족한데다 전체 소득 중 중개수수료, 콜을 받기 위한 프로그램비, 우선 배차비, 관리비, 대리운전보험료, 교통비 등을 제외하면 실제 소득은 최저임금에 한참 못 미친다.
카카오모빌리티 사용자 측이 더 많은 이윤을 뽑아내기 위해 대리운전 노동자들을 경쟁시키고 착취한 결과이다.
카카오모빌리티는 대기업 그룹인 카카오의 주요 계열사 중 하나인데, 높은 중개수수료 때문에 대리운전 노동자들의 원성이 높다. 사용자 측은 대리운전 요금의 최대 20퍼센트를 중개수수료로 가져간다. 카카오 T 대리는 0~20퍼센트까지 변동수수율을 적용하는데, 수수료가 낮은 콜은 요금이 낮거나 이동 거리가 길어 수입이 적은 경우다. 요금이 높거나 이동 거리가 짧은 경우엔 최대 20퍼센트의 수수료를 부과한다. 이 때문에 울며 겨자 먹기로 수수료를 많이 낼 수밖에 없다.
여기에는 대리운전노조의 말마따나 어떤 법적 근거도 없다. 직업안정법은 수수료를 임금의 1퍼센트 이하만 가져가게 돼 있다. 그러나 이는 대리운전기사 같은 플랫폼 노동자들에겐 적용되지 않는다! 노동자성을 인정하지 않기 때문이다.

Si è tenuta ieri [domenica 14 settembre] a Napoli la quinta Assemblea in presenza della Rete Libere/i di lottare contro l’ex-DDL 1660. Vi hanno partecipato (anche in collegamento, per quanti sono stati impossibilitati ad essere in presenza) un centinaio di compagni/e.
La discussione, avviata sulla base delle note di Bilancio e prospettive inviate nei giorni scorsi, è stata fitta e decisamente costruttiva.
