大外判清潔工遭「自願離職」 校方：已要求莊臣詳細交代

https://bit.ly/4oWYI7W 今年8月1日，浸大清潔外判商由惠康環境服務有限公司轉至莊臣控股有限公司，過渡前一週，外判清潔工在清潔服務業職工會協助下發起工潮，抗議遭凍薪或減薪，最終成功爭取加薪及每月發放津貼等。 被「自願離職」的六旬清潔工英姐入行十多年，在浸大由上屆外判商惠康開始任職清潔員。英姐更份屬下午5時到11時工作的「中班」，連同工潮爭取的每月津貼300元，薪酬是9,192元，仍比惠康時期的9,400元收入少。英姐曾參與工潮靜坐，但指工潮後無察覺公司對待員工態度有異。 英姐稱，今年10月24日，監督向她表示收到投訴，指晚上巡查時發現英姐負責的廁所有污漬，遂將一封手寫的「自願離職信」交給英姐，要求她簽署。信中指自己因「私人理由」，予公司七天通知辭職。英姐解釋指，巡查時段她正在工作，希望有照片以作了解，「可能我咁啱行開，比學生整污糟咗。」但她指對方沒有進一步解釋，著她「唔使講咁多嘢」，英姐遂簽署離職。 ▌勞資開會 協議改善工作兼留任 後來英姐越想越覺「被離職」不妥，向工會求助，翌日在清潔服務業職工會會長黃迺元、總幹事何靜姍陪同下與莊臣四名管理層會面。 黃迺元向《獨媒》透露，會上對方指英姐工作表現不理想，包括工作要求她當值期間清潔兩次，英姐卻只清一轉。黃引述會面時莊臣指「自願離職」的做法是「勸退工友，以避免工友留下不良紀錄」。黃迺元又指，莊臣主動問及工作量是否太大，詢問英姐會否考慮換崗位，不過英姐認為可繼續勝任原來工作。最終雙方協議撤回自願離職，並同意讓英姐留任同一崗位。 ▌一日後增工作量 再著4天後自願離職 英姐說會後已根據協定清潔兩次，原以為事件告一段落。怎料只相隔一天的10月27日，英姐再接到自願離職信，管工向她提出聞所未聞的工作要求——清掃大堂。英姐稱，該工作屬3至4人當值的日班工作，而中班只有她一人，兼且工時短，故一直不用處理：「惠康做咁耐都唔使，加我工作量係咪加人工先？你即係逼我走啦」。管工指只是覆述經理要求，最終公司以「未達工作要求」著她簽署離職。英姐直言對公司失望，無奈簽署離開，批評「講一套做一套，反口覆舌」。 另一個問題是，10月27日的自願離職信與24日發出的一模一樣，包括日期，變相「時光倒流」三天，而列明的最後工作日依然是31日。英姐的合約守則列明，僱主或僱員如欲解除此合約，必須提前七天以書面通知或以工資補償給對方。在英姐角度，解約由僱主提出，她要求莊臣補償「代通知金」，又指不排除以「虛假文書」追究。英姐指離任後莊臣沒有與她聯絡，僅收到科文通知需交還工作服。 ▌不良於行搵工受限 《獨媒》相約英姐訪問，她步履蹣跚，原因為十多年來工作勞損，令她髖關節發炎。她說工作強度不能太大，「長期企長期郁、日曬雨淋」都吃力。英姐說，在大學工作工時較短，加上有冷氣，體力暫可應付，本來希望工作多三年後退休，現在「手停口停」，亦憂臨近年尾，較少工作機會。 全文可點擊 IG 個人檔案的連結閱讀 撐《獨媒》 ▌https://inmediahk.net/supportus ▌或直接轉數快：100876515
