Riceviamo dal compagno Alessandro Mantovani e molto volentieri pubblichiamo questa nota che dà il giusto rilievo alla protesta di un gruppo di alcune decine di lavoratori e lavoratrici della Microsoft (alcuni ebrei) contro la complicità della “loro” impresa nel genocidio dei palestinesi. Questa protesta è avvenuta giorni fa a Redmont negli Stati Uniti, e ha formulato la richiesta di rescindere la collaborazione con gli apparati bellici sionisti. 다시 떠오른 ‘두 국가 해법’ — 팔레스타인인들을 위한 진전인가?

다음은 8월 14일에 열린 노동자연대 서울 공개 토론회에서 필자가 발제한 내용을 다듬고 보완한 것이다. “요르단강에서 지중해까지” 팔레스타인 해방 두 국가 지지 구호가 아니다 끝을 모르는 이스라엘의 인종 학살과 만행은 서방 정부들을 갈수록 곤혹스럽게 만들고 있다. 인종 학살에 대한 사람들의 분노가 깊어지고 팔레스타인인들과 연대하는 국제 운동이 더욱 강화되고 있다. 그런 가운데 지난달 말 주요 유럽 강대국인 프랑스와 영국이 유엔 총회가 열리는 다음 달 팔레스타인 국가를 인정할 것이라고 발표했다. 그후 프랑스는 사우디아라비아와 함께 뉴욕 유엔 본부에서 160개국과 고위급 회의를 열어 ‘두 국가 해법’ 실현을 촉구하는 선언문을 작성했다. 그리고 9월 초 유엔 총회가 열리기 전까지 이 ‘뉴욕 선언’을 지지해 달라고 모든 유엔 회원국에 요청했다. 이재명 정부도 이런 흐름에 힘을 싣고 있다. 앞서 언급한 유엔 고위급 회의에도 참석했고, 8월 10일 네타냐후의 가자시티 점령 계획에 우려를 표하며 두 국가 해법에 대한 지지를 재천명하는 외교부 논평을 냈다. 그런데 이런 흐름에 관해 먼저 지적할 점은 프랑스와 영국이든 이재명 정부든 무기 수출 중단이나 단교 등 이스라엘을 실질적으로 압박하겠다고 약속하고 있지는 않다는 것이다. 물론 최근 독일은 네타냐후 정부가 가자시티 점령 계획을 승인하자 이스라엘로의 무기 수출을 일부 중단한다고 발표했다. 그러나, 이런 발표가 이례적이기는 해도 독일의 무기 수출 중단은 지극히 제한적일 것이다. 독일 총리 메르츠는 ...
