윤석열 계엄을 반대하고 그의 탄핵을 지지한 사람들은 모두 이재명 정부가 내란 세력을 깨끗이 청산하기를 염원하고 있습니다. 결론부터 말하면, 그렇게 되지 못할/않을 것입니다. 왜 그런지 살펴보기 위해 저는 마르크스주의에 근거한 이론적 분석을 내놓으려고 합니다.
윤석열의 비상계엄 선포를 보고 지배 계급이 대부분 어떤 태도였을까 하는 질문을 던져 본 분들이 계셨을 것입니다. 하나의 계급으로서 전체적으로 그들은 뜨뜻미지근한 태도였습니다. 왜냐하면 지배 계급은 민주적 권리를 방어할 의지가 별로 없는데, 윤석열의 군사 쿠데타 기도는 민주적 권리들을 침해하고 유린할 목적을 이루려 한 것이었기 때문입니다.
12·3 계엄 포고령을 살펴보겠습니다:
1. 국회와 지방의회, 정당의 활동과 정치적 결사, 집회, 시위 등 일체의 정치활동을 금한다.
2. 자유민주주의 체제를 부정하거나, 전복을 기도하는 일체의 행위를 금하고, 가짜뉴스, 여론조작, 허위선동을 금한다.
3. 모든 언론과 출판은 계엄사의 통제를 받는다.
4. 사회혼란을 조장하는 파업, 태업, 집회행위를 금한다.
5. 전공의를 비롯하여 파업 중이거나 의료현장을 이탈한 모든 의료인은 48시간 내 본업에 복귀하여 충실히 근무하고 위반시는 계엄법에 의해 처단한다.
6. 반국가세력 등 체제전복세력을 제외한 선량한 일반 국민들은 일상생활에 불편을 최소화할 수 있도록 조치한다.

2019年反修例運動的根源與獨特性，以及香港人身份認同如何形成，仍是許多人試圖釐清的課題。加州大學洛杉磯分校社會學系教授李靜君在其新書《永遠的香港：一個國際大都會的去殖民化抗爭》（Forever Hong Kong: A Global City’s Decolonization Struggle，暫譯），深度剖析香港這場長達20年的掙扎。
李靜君在美國《外交家》（The Diplomat）雜誌昨（27日）刊登的訪問中，首先闡釋香港「去殖民化」進程的4個特徵，包括「由本土孕育的群眾運動」、「針對制度、意識形態與身份認同而非膚色種族」、「在中西匯聚的環球金融中心爆發」。然而，最令人費解的特徵則是，這場「去殖民化」並非在英殖時期發生，反而在「民族」中國統治下進一步激化。
在專訪中，李教授進一步闡述「雙重殖民」與「殖民霸權」概念。1997年之前，英國是公認的殖民者，中國則長期扮演「幽靈殖民者」（phantom colonizer）角色，兩大強權既勾結又競爭，唯利是圖的華人精英則負責居中調和。1970年代初，這種格局鞏固了「殖民霸權」（colonial hegemony），以「穩定與繁榮」、「法治」、「自由市場烏托邦」與「中國為宿命」四大信條建立香港核心價值。這套霸權不僅定義了「香港是甚麼」，也規範了「香港人應該要甚麼」，從而為香港的身份認同設定界限。1997年之前，沒有任何倡議者或政黨敢於挑戰這些原則。
｜中英兩國在否認港人自決權上的共謀
更甚者，中英兩國還曾經聯手剝奪香港人的自決權。李靜君表示，港人曾要求憲政改革、增力立法會選舉代表性，甚至主張成為英聯邦中的自治領土，但殖民政府因擔憂中國對殖民地民主化的反彈，長期拖延任何實質性政治改革，直至主權移交前數年才作出有限讓步。
