CPI Odisha inagurates the Centenary of Struggle, Sacrifice & Mission towards building a Socialist India on 26th December in Kala Vikash Kendra Cuttack. CPI National Secretary Com Rama Krushna Panda inaugurated the State level Centenary Celebration. He described Struggles undertaken by & supreme Sacrifice of Communists on last 99 Years. Now Communists have the priority to fight out Fascism by Communist Unity & Left- Democratic alliance for protecting Democratic India. Veteran CPI Leader Comrade Rabindra Nath Ray told that Communist Party of India is Constituted amid the Crimsion Colours of Freedom Movement in India on 26th December 1925. Communist Party of India shaped on the background of Teachings from Communist Menifesto & the Capital by the Greatest Philospher Comrade Karl Marx & Comrade Frederic Angels. French Revolution, Working Class struggle for 8hours working hours per day, Maxim Gorkey’s Great fiction ‘Mother’, December Revolution in Russia, Bolsevic Movement in Tzar’s Russia, October Revolution which over thrown Tzar & built Union of Soviet Socialist Republic a Social System run by Workers & Pesants alliance under the Towering Revolutionary Leadership of Vladimir Ilich Ulyanov – Lenin on the then Russian Calender 25th October & in Present Calender 7th November 1917. Indian Freedom fighters got the alternate path to fight out British. Jalianabagh Massacre on 13th April 1919 has ignited revolutionary spirit among patriotic youth mass. Indian working class United itself & formed AITUC on 31st October 1920. Odia News Paper Samaja Editor Utkal Mani Gopabandhu Dash wrote on Editorial about the October Revolution which Built a Society of Workers – Pesants alliance which provides a commune system free of exploitation. Revolutionaries raised the demand of complete Independence in Congress session.
On such a background, Good Number of Revolutionaries held a National Conference at Kanpur on 26th December 1925 and formed Communist Party of India. From the very begining of Communist Party British Empire was up in arms against Communists and booked Communists in Kanpur Conspiracy case, Lahore conspiracy case, Kakori conspiracy case, Cuttack conspiracy case etc. These Revolutionaries launched nationwide protest against India Trade Bill & AITUC President Punjab Keshari Lala Lajpat Rai became Martyr being assaulted by British Police. Revolutionary young man Comrade Bhagat Singh & his Comrades retaliated British Police to express the Indian resistance to British Rule. Comrades Bhagat Singh & His Comrades were executed by gallows. Whenever any anti people rule comes on people it is Communists & it’s Students led by AIKS, Farmers led by AIKS,Youth, Intellectuals, who come to the Streets in favour of the people’s interest. Communists have fought both against Dictatorship of Adloph Hitler and British Colonialism and Fudel Princely states together in 2nd World War. In post Independence era Dictators committ suicide on their failure. Adloph Hitler Committed Suicide. Hitler was most popular. He was against Jews and branded Jews as the enemy of the society and propagated hate against them. He launched merciless gas chamber genocide of Jews. He bowed down to parliament. He was crazy of News & Costly Dresses. He prefered to address the nation through Radio. Adloph Hitler’s public relation Minister Goebles was busy in making blatant lies propagated repeatedly which created belief of lies as Truth. People’s Movement Led by Communists defeated the Mighty Dictator Adloph Hitler’s Nazy Forces. Presently One Popular Indian Leader has many resemblance with Hitler and Communist Movement in India will overthrow the Dictator at appropriate time. Tomorrow’s Indian Society belongs to the Workers Pesants Unity under the Leadership of Communists. The State Secretariate Member of CPI Comrade Prasanta Mishra presided over the inagural session. The Reception Committee Chairman Com Bijay Padhiary addressed on the theme of the Inagural ceremony of of the Centenary year of CPI. State Executive Member Com Amarendu Mohanty delivered wellcome address on the occasion. 35Veteran Comrades were felicitated for their lifetime efforts in building Communist movements. Former MLA Comrade Negireddy Narayan Reddy, State Secretariate Member Comrade Jayanta Das,State Secretariate Member as well as KENDRAPARA District Secretary Com Ramani Ranjan Routray, State Executive Member Comrade Jinmayee Sahani, Cuttack District Secretary Comrade Binod Behera, Jagatsinghpur District Secretary incharge Comrade Ajay Behera & Jajpur District Secretary Com Iswar Parida were there on the inagural Session along with 6 Hundred CPI ranj & file from across undivided Cuttack District.
