මෙම උදාහරණ හරියටම අපි විවේචනාත්මකව පරීක්ෂා කළ හොත් එක්සත් ජනපද න්‍යාය පත්‍රය පිළිබඳ අවබෝධයේ අඩුවක් වමට නොමැත. වමේ මිනිසුන් ලෝක ආධිපත්‍යයේ අර්බුදයක්, එක්සත් ජනපද අධිරාජ්‍යයේ පරිහානියක් ගැන කතා කරයි – එම තක්සේරුවලට වටිනාකමක් ඇත. නමුත් එය එක්සත් ජනපදය එහි ආධිපත්‍යය පවත්වා ගැනීමට සහ පුළුල් කිරීමට උත්සාහ කරන ආකාරය පිළිබඳ උපාය මාර්ගයේ අර්බුදයක් ලෙස සැකසීමට හැකිය.

සමහරු තර්ක කරන්නේ සෝවියට් සංගමයේ බිඳවැටීමෙන් පසු එක්සත් ජනපද ආධිපත්‍යය කිසි විටෙකත් සම්පූර්ණයෙන් ගොඩනැගීමට නොහැකි වූ බවයි. ඔවුන්ගේ බලය ඒකාබද්ධ කිරීමේ කාල පරිච්ඡේදයක් පැවතුනද, එය කෙටි කාලීන විය – ඉරාකයේ සහ ඇෆ්ගනිස්ථානයේ යුද්ධ වැනි අධිරාජ්‍යවාදී සීමාව ඉක්මවා යාමෙන් සහ 2007-2008 ආර්ථික බිඳවැටීමෙන් එම උත්සාහයන් යටපත් විය. එතැන් සිට, එක්සත් ජනපදය අඛණ්ඩ පීඩනයකට ලක්ව ඇත.

දැන් අප දකින්නේ එම පරිහානිය කළමනාකරණය කිරීමට ගත් මංමුලා සහගත උත්සාහයකි. ඩොනල්ඩ් ට්‍රම්ප් ඇතුළු ට්‍රම්ප්වාදයේ නැගීම මෙම උත්සාහය පිළිබිඹු කරයි. මතුවී ඇති උපාය මාර්ගය මිලිටරිවාදය සහ බලහත්කාරය – නීති විරෝධී සම්බාධක, අස්ථාවර කිරීම සහ සෘජු ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වය – මත කේන්ද්‍රගත වේ.

ඊශ්රායලය විසින් ගාසා තීරයේ කරන ලද ජන සංහාරය එක්සත් ජනපද ප්‍රතිපත්ති සම්පාදකයින්ට උපදේශාත්මක වී ඇත. ගෝලීය බල මධ්‍යස්ථානවලින් – (අනිවාර්යයෙන්ම ගෝලීය මහජන මතයෙන් නොව) –  ඇතිවන සීමිත ප්‍රතිචාරය නිසා දඬුවම් විරහිතව ක්‍රියා කිරීමට කොළ එළියක් ලෙස ඔවුන් එය අර්ථකථනය කරගෙන ඇත. දැන් අප දකින්නේ එහි ප්‍රතිඵලයයි: එනම්,ගෝලීය ආධිපත්‍යය පවත්වා ගැනීම අරමුණු කරගත් වඩ වඩාත් නිර්ලජ්ජිත සහ නීති විරෝධී ක්‍රියා අඛණ්ඩව කරගෙන යති.

එසේ නම්, සැබෑ ප්‍රශ්නය වනුයේ විපක්ෂය කොහේද? යන්නයි. ගෝලීය වමේ, විශේෂයෙන් බටහිර රටවල ප්‍රතිචාරය දුර්වල වී ඇත – මෙම ප්‍රතිරෝධය නොමැතිකම එක්සත් ජනපද ආක්‍රමණයට ධෛර්යයක් ලබා දී ඇත.

අපි දැන් භයානක තත්වයකට මුහුණ දී සිටිමු: ඛණ්ඩනය වූ, ව්‍යාකූල සහ අසංවිධානාත්මක වමේ මුහුණට මුහුණලා, ගෝලීය ෆැසිස්ට්වාදයේ නැගී එන පද්ධතියක් ලෙස බලය තහවුරු කරන එක්සත් ජනපද රාජ්‍යයකි. ඇත්ත වශයෙන්ම, මෙම මොහොත 1930 ගණන්වල යුරෝපයේ ෆැසිස්ට්වාදයේ නැගීමටත් වඩා භයානක ය. ඒ කාලයේ දී, සෝවියට් සංගමය වැනි ප්‍රතිප්‍රහාරක බලවේග සමඟ තවමත් සුසංයෝගී සහ සටන්කාමී වමක් පැවතුනි. අද වන විට, අපට එම සංවිධානාත්මක ප්‍රතිරෝධයේ කිසියම්ම ලකුණක් නොපෙනේ.

 “වම” යන යෙදුම ඉතා ලිහිල් ලෙස භාවිතා වන්නකි. බොහෝ අය තමන් වාමාංශිකයන් ලෙස හඳුන්වා ගනීති. එහෙත් එය ප්‍ර‍ශ්න කළ යුතු හා සාකච්ඡා කළ යුතු කරුණකි. අප “වම“ නිර්වචනය කරන්නේ කෙසේද? කුමන නිර්ණායක මතද? යන්න වැදගත් කරුණකි්

පොදුවේ ගත්විට, වම සමන්විත වන්නේ සමාජය සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර පද්ධතිය පිළිබඳ විද්‍යාත්මක විශ්ලේෂණයක් මත පදනම් වූ සමාජ බලවේග වලිනි; අධිරාජ්‍යවාදී, ධනවාදී, යටත් විජිත පිළිවෙත්වලට විරුද්ධ බලවේග වලිනි.

අව්‍යාජ වමක් සමාජවාදී විකල්පයක් කරා සමාජ පරිවර්තනයකට කැපවී සිටී. එය භෞතිකවාදී – විශේෂයෙන් අපෝහක භෞතිකවාදී – රාමුවකින් ප්‍ර‍ශ්න විග්‍ර‍හ කරනු ලැබේ. සමාජ පරිවර්තනයක් සඳහා ජාතික සහ පන්ති බලවේග පදනම් වූ තීව්‍ර අරගලයක් අවශ්‍ය බව එය පිළිගනී.

මෙහිදී වැදගත් වන්නේ, අව්‍යාජ වමක් සතුරා විසින් පනවන ලද උපාය මාර්ග ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කරයි. එනම්, එහි අර්ථය වනුයේ හුදු ප්‍රවාදයක් ලෙස අවිහිංසාව සඳහා ( ප්‍ර‍ජාතන්ත්‍ර‍වාදය හා මානව හිමිකම්) දැඩි කැපවීම් කිරීම හෝ අරගලය මැතිවරණ මාර්ගවලට සීමා කිරීම හෝ නොවේ. එහි තේරුම යථාර්ථයෙන් වෙන් වූ දෘෂ්ටිවාදය නොව, සංයුක්ත තත්වයන් මත පදනම් වූ උපක්‍රම සංවර්ධනය කිරීමයි.

කෙටියෙන් කිවහොත්, අපේ කාලයේ කේන්ද්‍රීය ප්‍රතිවිරෝධයට එනම්, අධිරාජ්‍යවාදය සහ අනෙකුත් මනුෂ්‍ය වර්ගයා අතර ප්‍රතිවිරෝධයට මුහුණදීම සඳහා සටන්කාමී, විප්ලවවාදී විරුද්ධත්වයක නියැලීමට වම සූදානම් විය යුතුය.

මෙම දිනවල එම ප්‍රතිවිරෝධය සියැසින් දැක ගැනීමට අපට හැකිවී ඇත. තමන් “වම“ වශයෙන් හඳුන්වා ගන්නාවූ බොහෝ කොටස් වලට හා කණ්ඩායම්වලට ඉරානයට එරෙහි එක්සත් ජනපද-ඊශ්‍රායල ප්‍රහාරය හෙළා දකිමින් ප්‍රකාශයක් නිකුත් කිරීමට පවා නොහැකි වී ඇත. සමහර වාමාංශිකයන්  අවධාරනය කරනුයේ, හුදෙක් එක්සත් ජනපද- ඊශ්‍රායල  යුද ක්‍රියාවන් හෙළා දකිනවාට වඩා ඉරාන රාජ්‍යය පිළිබඳ විවේචන – අභ්‍යන්තර ප්‍රතිපත්ති පිළිබඳ විවාද – වලට ප්‍ර‍මුඛත්වය දීමටය.

මෙය සිදු වූයේ බාලිකා පාසලක් ඇතුළුව පුද්ගලයින් 170 ක් පමණ මරා දැමූ බෝම්බ ප්‍රහාරයකින් සහ අනාරක්ෂිත නාවික යාත්‍රාවක් විනාශ කිරීමෙන් පසුව ය. එසේ වුවද, ඔවුන්ට පැහැදිලි ප්‍රකාශයක් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට නොහැකි විය. මෙමගින් ලෝක වමේ ව්‍යාපාරයේ පවතින පොදු බව පෙනේ. එමගින් පැහැදිලි කරන්නේ කුමක්ද?

එය වරප්‍රසාද, න්‍යායාත්මක ව්‍යාකූලත්වය සහ ප්‍රාථමික ප්‍රතිවිරෝධය සහ ප්‍රාථමික සතුරා හඳුනා ගැනීමට අපොහොසත් වීම පිළිබිඹු කරයි. එය තමන්ගේම රාජ්‍යයට විරුද්ධ වීම ප්‍රතික්ෂේප කිරීම සඳහා ආවරණයක් සපයන සුළු ධනේශ්වර සදාචාරවාදයේ ආකාරයකි.

මෙයින් ගම්‍ය වනුයේ, එක්සත් ජනපද ආක්‍රමණය සාධාරණීකරණය කළ හැකි බවයි, නැතහොත් අවම වශයෙන් නිසැක හෙළා දැකීමට තරම් සුදුසු දෙයක් නොවන බවයි. එම ස්ථාවරය ගත හැක්කේ අධිරාජ්‍ය ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වයට සෘජුවම යටත් නොවන දුරස්ථ ස්ථානයක සිට පමණි.

නමුත් සුදු ආධිපත්‍යවාදී යටත් විජිත ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වයට ගොදුරු වන අපට, සතුරාගේ ස්වභාවය සහ අන්ත ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වය මුදා හැරීමට එයට ඇති හැකියාව සහ එයට ඇති කැමැත්ත පිළිබඳවත්, එහි ඇති අසාර්ථකත්වයේ සහ අර්ථ ශුන්‍ය භාවය පිළිබඳවත් අපට කිසිදු මිත්‍යාවක් තිබිය නොහැක. අධිරාජ්‍ය විරෝධී ඉදිරිදර්ශනයක්, අධිරාජ්‍ය හරයෙන් ඉවතට ගෝලීය බල තුලනය ගෙන යන ස්ථාවරයක් මගින් දැනුම් දෙනු ලබන්නේ, අධිරාජ්‍ය පද්ධතිය දුර්වල කරන අතරම එමගින් මනුෂ්‍යත්වය රැක ගැනීමට ගන්නාවූ උත්සාහයකි.

එබැවින්, එක්සත් ජනපදය ඉරානයට පහර දෙන විට, එය නීති විරෝධී ක්‍රියාවක් ලෙස හෙළා දැකීමට අපට බල කෙරෙයි – නමුත් අපි පුළුල් ඇඟවුම් ද තේරුම් ගනිමු. මෙම ක්‍රියාවන් මගින් ගෝලීය බල තුලනය වෙනස් කළ හැකි අධිරාජ්‍යවාදී අනුපිළිවෙල තුළ ඇති ප්‍රතිවිරෝධතා හෙළි කරයි. මෙම ස්ථාවරය මගින් තර්ක කරන්නේ අපගේ අභ්‍යන්තර ප්‍රතිවිරෝධතා ද්විතීයික වන අතර එක්සත් ජනපදයට සහ බටහිර අධිරාජ්‍යවාදයට විරුද්ධ වීම අපගේ මූලික වගකීම වන බවයි. එපමණක් නොව, කිසියම් ජාතියක්, අධිරාජ්‍යවාදී කුමන්ත්‍රණ සහ ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වයේ හරස්කඩවල සිටීමෙන්ම ඇඟවෙන්නේ එය තුළ ඇති අභ්‍යන්තර ප්‍රතිවිරෝධතා සහ අභියෝග මඟහරවා ගත හැකි සමස්ත ධනාත්මක ගුණාංග එයට ඇති බවයි.

අපව විවේචනය කරන අය බොහෝ විට මෙම ඉදිරිදර්ශනය “අධිරාජ්‍ය විරෝධී” ලෙස ලේබල් කරති. නමුත් අපි පැහැදිලියි: රාජ්‍යයන් තුළ අභ්‍යන්තර ප්‍රතිවිරෝධතා අපි තේරුම් ගත්තද, අපි ප්‍රාථමික ගෝලීය ප්‍රතිවිරෝධතාව සහ අධිරාජ්‍යවාදයට විරුද්ධ වීමේ අවශ්‍යතාවය කෙරෙහි අවධානය යොමු කරමු.

එම පැහැදිලිකම, අව්‍යාජ අධිරාජ්‍ය විරෝධී බලවේග දෘෂ්ටිවාදාත්මකව ව්‍යාකූලව සිටින අයගෙන් වෙන්කර හඳුනා ගැනීමට උපකාරීවේ.

අද අපි, ගෝලීය දේශපාලන තත්ත්වය පිළිබඳ මෙම සාකච්ඡා සංයුක්ත යථාර්ථයන් තුළ පදනම් කළ යුතුයි. කියුබාවේ තත්වය පැහැදිලි උදාහරණයකි. එක්සත් ජනපද වටලෑම නිසා විදුලි ජාලයේ – රෝහල්, පාසල්, දෛනික ජීවිතය – සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම පාහේ බිඳවැටීමට හේතු වී ඇත.

එමගින් පෙන්නුම් කරනුයේ විශේෂයෙන් ඇමරිකාවේ – ශක්තිමත්, සටන්කාමී වමේ ප්‍රතිචාරයක් නොමැතිකම සහ අප මුහුණ දී සිටින ලෝකයේ  වමේ අර්බුදයයි.

මෙය ආපසු හැරවිය නොහැකි වන්නේ නම්, අපි මීට පෙර කවදාවත් දැක නැති ආකාරයේ ගෝලීය ෆැසිස්ට්වාදයේ දීර්ඝ කාල පරිච්ඡේදයකට මුහුණ දී සිටිමු. එක්සත් ජනපද නිලධාරීන්ගේ විවෘත අහංකාරය – යුද අපරාධ ගැන විහිළු කිරීමට, තමන්ගේම ප්‍රහාරවලට ගොදුරු වූවන් අතහැර දැමීමට ඔවුන් දක්වන කැමැත්ත – වැනි තත්ත්වයන්ට ප්‍රතිරෝධයක් නොමැති නම්, එමගින් ඉදිරියේ අපට මුහුණ දීමට ඇති දේ සංඥා කරයි.

සුසංයෝගී, සටන්කාමී විපක්ෂයක් ගොඩනැගීමේ හදිසි අවශ්‍යතාවය අප හඳුනාගත යුතුය. මෙය රූපක අරගලයක් නොවේ – අපි සැබෑ යුද්ධයක සිටිමු,  එය අප මත පටවන ලද යුද්ධයකි.

ඩොනල්ඩ් ට්‍රම්ප් එම යථාර්ථය පැහැදිලි කළේය. දේශීය වශයෙන් කතා කරමින්, ICE සහ ජාතික ආරක්ෂක භටයින් චිකාගෝ වැනි නගරවලට පැමිණෙන විට, එය ආරක්ෂක දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවක් ලෙස නොව යුද දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවක් ලෙස හැඳින්විය යුත්තේ මන්දැයි ජනතාව තේරුම් ගනු ඇතැයි ඔහු යෝජනා කළේය.

ඔවුන්ට එනම්, අධිරාජ්‍යවාදීන්ට ඔවුන්ගේ න්‍යාය පත්‍රය ගැන පැහැදිලිය. පැහැදිලිකම නොමැතිකම ඇත්තේ අපේ පැත්තේ ය. ප්‍රාථමික ප්‍රතිවිරෝධය පිළිබඳ පැහැදිලි අවබෝධයක් – සහ එය තවදුරටත් ඒකපාර්ශ්වික යුද්ධයක් නොවන පරිදි අරගලයක යෙදීමට ස්ථිර කැපවීමක් – අප වර්ධනය කර ගන්නා තුරු, අපි මෙම කාල පරිච්ඡේදයේදී දැවැන්ත අභියෝගවලට මුහුණ දෙන්නෙමු.

අධිරාජ්‍යවාදයට විරුද්ධ ක්‍රියාකාරීන්ට සහ “වාමාංශිකයින්ට”:

 ඔබේ වගකීම වන්නේ පීඩිතයන්ට දේශන පැවැත්වීම නොවේ. ඔබේ වගකීම වන්නේ ඔබේම පාලක පන්තියට එරෙහිව සටන් කිරීමයි. ඔබේ වගකීම වන්නේ අධිරාජ්‍යවාදය එහි ප්‍රභවයේ සිට හෙළිදරව් කිරීම, ඔවුන්ගේ ජනතා විරෝධී උත්සාහයන් නැවැත්වීම සහ පරාජය කිරීමයි.

ප්‍රහාරයට ලක්වන ජාතීන් යටත් විජිත “ලිට්මස් පරීක්ෂණ” වලට ලක් කිරීම වෛෂයිකව ප්‍රතිගාමී ය. පැවැත්ම සඳහා සටන් කරන අයගෙන් පාරිශුද්ධත්වය ඉල්ලා සිටීම, එයට විරුද්ධ වන බව මවාපාමින් අධිරාජ්‍යයේ භාෂාව ප්‍රතිරාවය කිරීමකි.

ජාතික ස්වෛරීභාවය ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සහ බටහිර සුදු යටත් විජිත/ධනවාදී අධිරාජ්‍යවාදයෙන් ආරක්ෂා වීමට ජනතාවට ඇති අයිතිය සමඟ ඔබ සහයෝගය දැක්විය යුතුය.

ගාසා තීරයේ සිට කෙන්යාව දක්වා, ඉරානයේ සිට හයිටි දක්වා, පුවර්ටෝ රිකෝ දක්වා එක්සත් ජනපදය තුළ වාඩිලාගෙන සිටින කළු ජාතිය දක්වා, මෙය එක් අරගලයක්, එක් සටනක්, එක් විප්ලවවාදී ක්‍රියාවලියකි.

A dos meses de la caída del dictador Maduro, la realidad es innegable: la dictadura capitalista sigue intacta. Denunciamos ante el mundo que la salida del dictador en la figura individual de Maduro, no representó el fin del sistema de opresión, sino un relevo acordado con el imperialismo estadounidense de Trump.

El pacto entre Delcy Rodríguez y la administración Trump ha servido para:

• Salvaguardar los intereses económicos de EE. UU. y garantizar el saqueo de nuestros minerales y petróleo.
• Mantener la estructura del Estado burgués para evitar una verdadera insurrección popular.
• Desmovilizar a la clase trabajadora mientras se mantienen las políticas de hambre.

Denunciamos que el régimen utiliza la libertad de nuestros hermanos como moneda de cambio. A pesar de las “excarcelaciones” propagandísticas, la estructura represiva permanece con desapariciones forzadas y encarcelados políticos.

Por eso exigimos la Libertad Plena e Inmediata de todos los luchadores sociales, trabajadores que se negaron a ser cómplices de la tiranía cuyo rastro se perdió en las mazmorras del SEBIN y la DGCIM. Exigimos que los responsables de las torturas y muertes bajo custodia respondan por delitos de lessa humanidad.

El cuadro de Miseria y Explotación

Bajo la administración de Delcy Rodríguez, la situación económica de nuestro pueblo ha empeorado, con sueldos de hambre, salarios inferiores a un dólar que condenan a la familia trabajadora a la indigencia, de la mano de la destrucción y colapso total de hospitales y escuelas.

La estanflación golpea en Venezuela, es un fenómeno económico donde convergen otros dos: la recesión —que para 2026 se proyecta una caída del PIB de -3,0%— y la inflación con el alza descontrolada de precios.

El Banco Central reportó que la inflación de 2025 cerró en 475%, un salto brutal y para el curso del 2026, se proyecta que podría alcanzar el 682%. La devaluación constante del bolívar y la emisión monetaria para cubrir el déficit fiscal (gastos del Estado que superan sus ingresos) mantienen los precios en una espiral ascendente. Esto impacta en el sueldo mínimo que no alcanza el dólar mensual, el poder adquisitivo ha desaparecido, pulverizando el consumo interno.

Si el gobierno sube las tasas para frenar la inflación, enfría la economía y genera más desempleo. Si el gobierno inyecta dinero para reactivar la economía, se dispara en forma ascendente la inflación.

El sector petrolero y minero recibe inversiones (como las de Chevron o acuerdos con EE. UU.) que generan dólares, pero esos capitales no “gotean” hacia el resto de la economía nacional. Esto profundiza la desigualdad social con una pequeña élite conectada al sector extractivo y al dólar, frente a una masa trabajadora sumergida en el bolívar devaluado y el desempleo. Así se mantienen las medidas económicas de Maduro y la resolución de la ONAPRE (2792), robando las conquistas históricas de los contratos colectivos.

Denunciamos a la izquierda reformista y al sindicalismo traidor

Tras la caída de Maduro, no hubo un vacío de poder, sino un paso de mando hacia una nueva cara del mismo sistema capitalista. La supervivencia de este sistema se debe, en gran medida, a dos actores que actúan como “bomberos” de la insurgencia popular:

La izquierda reformista y la burocracia sindical intentan convencer al pueblo de que los cambios deben ser “graduales” y dentro de la legalidad del Estado Burgués. Argumentan que apoyar a la nueva administración Delcy es necesario para evitar “el caos” o un mal peor, cuando en realidad están salvando las instituciones que oprimen al trabajador.

Asimismo utilizan posturas “patrioteras” de nacionalismo y la defensa de la soberanía como una cortina de humo. Al llamar a la “unidad nacional”, borran la distinción entre explotadores y explotados, pidiéndole al obrero que se sacrifique “por la patria” mientras la élite pacta con capitales extranjeros.

Las cúpulas sindicales burocráticas, en lugar de ser herramientas de lucha, se han convertido en apéndices del Ministerio del Trabajo o de la nueva administración.

El eje de estos sectores capituladores es la desmovilización; su traición no es pasiva, es activa. Al no llamar a la calle tras la caída de la dictadura, intentan cortar el impulso de la masa trabajadora en el momento de mayor debilidad del régimen.

Asimismo se niegan a denunciar la “paz social” para mantener sus privilegios; intercambian la entrega de los contratos colectivos y la aceptación de la ONAPRE por cuotas de poder o la permanencia de sus privilegios como mediadores, mientras las bases mueren de hambre con sueldos de un dólar.

Si la izquierda reformista y los sindicatos denuncian el pacto con el imperialismo, el gobierno caería por falta de legitimidad social. Al callar, le dan tiempo al Estado para reorganizar sus fuerzas represivas y estabilizar la economía del enclave.

No nos engañan con sus discursos de paz social y reconciliación nacional. Esa paz es la paz de los sepulcros para los trabajadores. La izquierda reformista que no denuncia a la dictadura es cómplice del régimen y los sindicatos que hoy callan son los que han firmado nuestra sentencia de hambre. Para que el pueblo viva, el reformismo y la burocracia deben ser barridos por la autoorganización obrera.

CONVOCATORIA A LA ACCIÓN

Llamamos a preparar las condiciones para una huelga general y movilización que dé al traste con el régimen de Delcy Rodríguez y al imperialismo.

Protests against the dictatorship in Havana

There are two policies, and only two, within the global left regarding Cuba and Venezuela: On the one hand, the policy of the Progressive International and 99% of the global left, which supports the Castro-Chavista capitalist dictatorships of Cuba and Venezuela. The dictatorships of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) are forging agreements with global imperialism, and therefore, supporting these dictatorships implies endorsing the agreements they are making with Donald Trump. This policy is exemplified by the flotilla of support for Cuba organized by capitalist governments and sectors of imperialism linked to the UN. We reject this shameful flotilla of support for capitalist dictatorships and their agreements with imperialism, and we denounce it as a policy of class collaboration that serves the interests of imperialism.

Millions believe that Cuba and Venezuela are socialist countries, but that belief is no longer supported by any factual basis. Cuba is a capitalist country, and if there are still honest activists or leaders who believe that Cuba is a socialist country, it is the product of a deception perpetrated by the oligarchs who run the current regime that governs Cuba and calls itself “socialist,” coupled with the propaganda of the lying capitalist governments of the world that also claim that Cuba is a “socialist” country. Thirdly, the leaders of 99% of the global left who perpetuate the exact same lie, along with the capitalist governments that say Cuba is “socialist” to discredit socialism by highlighting the horrific situation in which the Cuban people live, contribute to this deception.

The only alternative policy to the pro-imperialist policies of the Progressive International is that of the Marxist International. Our policy is to support the people of Cuba and Venezuela in their struggle against the dictatorships of the millionaire oligarchs of the PCC and the PSUV, and to call for the violent overthrow of these dictatorships, hated and repudiated by 90% of the population. Cuba and Venezuela are examples of cruel and brutal capitalist inequality because while their people are sinking into a sea of ​​poverty and misery, the Chavista and Castroist oligarchs are getting richer every day. That is why these people have been fighting against these dictatorships for years, which has left a trail of thousands of political prisoners in both countries. The “Our America” ​​Flotilla is against the people of Cuba and Venezuela

We denounce the “Our America” ​​flotilla in support of Cuba, launched by the Progressive International (PI), and all those who board, support, or promote this flotilla as accomplices of the dictatorships and their crimes. This flotilla is not at the service of the people but of the Castro and Chavista oligarchs. The Progressive International (PI) lies about what is happening in both countries: They say that Cuba is collapsing and without electricity due to the US blockade and Donald Trump’s ban on oil sales to Cuba, which is false. It is true that Trump’s measure in decreeing the ban on oil sales to Cuba constitutes an act of aggression, but a collapse of the magnitude that Cuba is suffering is not the result of a Trump measure. One billion dollars is enough to solve Cuba’s energy problem, and the Castro oligarchy has siphoned out of the country the equivalent of 18 times that sum that the people need to have electricity.

The PCC nomenklatura has siphoned off $18 billion in Panamanian tax havens, while the capital flight by Chavista oligarchs is estimated at over $500 billion—a reality that hits Cuba and Venezuela as hard as imperialist blockades. The damage suffered by both countries’ economies is a result of both dictatorships imposing a capitalist model to squeeze every last drop of wealth from their nations and line their own pockets. This is undeniably demonstrated by the fact that while the people of both countries suffer appalling conditions of hunger and poverty, the PCC and PSUV rulers are millionaire oligarchs who have become obscenely wealthy through all sorts of deals with North American and European imperialism.

The oligarchs of the PCC and the PSUV have carried out the privatization of the economy and capital flight, in collusion with capitalists worldwide. Cuba has received millions in investments from European imperialism for decades, and the country’s main production sectors are privatized and controlled by the holding company GAESA (Grupo de Administración Empresarial Sociedad Anónima), which is controlled by the country’s armed forces, as you can read by clicking here. In Venezuela, the PSUV oligarchy is wealthy thanks to deals with Chevron and US imperialism. The Progressive International and 99% of the global left conceal the existence of GAESA, the business dealings of the PSUV oligarchy, and the agreements between imperialism and the PCC and the PSUV.

Why are IP and 99% of the global left silent about GAESA? Why are they silent about the agreements the PCCC and PSUV have made with imperialism? Why do they refuse to call for a fight against dictatorships? Why do they lie, trying to make global activists believe that these PCCC and PSUV governments are independent of imperialism, or that they are confronting imperialism? The policy of IP and 99% of the global left on Cuba and Venezuela is a defensive one, an expression of the global crisis of the left, the product of a tsunami unfolding globally and now reaching Latin America, with global and strategic consequences that directly impact the future of the left.

The Political Revolution: The Berlin Wall Falls in Latin America

The collapse of the dictatorships in Cuba and Venezuela signifies the end of Castro-Chavismo and Stalinism, the fall of the “Berlin Wall” in Latin America. It marks the end of the political currents that have dominated the Latin American left for decades, and is the expression of a global crisis affecting all the old leaderships that historically guided mass movements worldwide: social democracy, classical Stalinism and its Maoist, Castroist, and Guevarist variants, bourgeois nationalist movements, former guerrillas, etc.—all leaderships that were once attractive to millions of activists around the world, but are now sinking into a profound crisis resulting from the rejection and repudiation they face for their defense of capitalism.

This process of “political revolution” has reached Latin America and is liquidating the old leaderships like Castroism and Chavismo. In turn, the fall of Chavismo and Castroism triggers a chain reaction of all reformist, social-democratic, Stalinist, and petty-bourgeois groups, who fear disappearing. This forces IP, in desperation, to launch its campaign in support of the dictatorships of Cuba and Venezuela, seeking to halt the crisis of Castro-Chavismo. IP seeks to stop a process that is very progressive for the mass movement and the struggle for revolution, but which, for social democrats and Stalinists, is quite the opposite because it means the end of their privileges as officials, members of parliament, or ministers who collaborate with capitalism and pursue a policy of support for “progressive” capitalism.

Indeed, halting this process of political revolution is the central objective of the founding of the Progressive International (PI) in May 2020, an international organization led by Democratic Senator Bernie Sanders and Yanis Varoufakis, leader of Syriza in Greece. Major Wall Street corporations like George Soros’s allocate capital to the financing of political campaigns and “progressive” organizations , while a strong NGO-ization process has developed in left-wing organizations worldwide, a process that seeks to strengthen the social-democratic and reformist tendencies of the global left, leading them to prioritize electoral intervention in bourgeois democracy, a multi-million dollar financing business based on the diversion of funds from the bourgeois state.

The entire process results in the development of policies linked to the laws inherent in the development of the bourgeois democratic regime, such as “critical voting” in elections, support for “progressive” laws of bourgeois parties, the formation of parliamentary political blocs with progressive bourgeois forces, entry into these coalitions, and the placement of officials, ministers, and advisors in their governments. However, the arrival of “political revolution” in Latin America deals a formidable blow to the political, social, and labor leaderships linked to Chavismo and Stalinism, jeopardizing the project and future of the reformists, which is now mortgaged.

The oligarchies of Cuba and Venezuela are negotiating with Trump

The U.S. State Department announced $6 million in humanitarian assistance for Cuba, distributed through Caritas, a network of Catholic charitable organizations, and the Catholic Church, as announced by Jeremy Lewin, the senior State Department official in charge of foreign assistance. The energy crisis is at the heart of the crisis in Cuba, with prolonged blackouts affecting homes, hospitals , businesses, and public transportation. These blackouts are having a domino effect on the population because without electricity, food refrigeration is reduced, water pumping is interrupted, productive activities are halted, and essential services are limited.

The fuel shortage is also impacting transportation, which in turn is hindering the distribution of goods and exacerbating shortages, leading to a virtual paralysis of the economy and sparking daily uprisings and protests in cities and regions across the country. Faced with the people’s struggle, the Castro oligarchy’s dictatorship has intensified its repression, holding 1,197 political prisoners and prisoners of conscience by the end of 2025— a figure that demonstrates the persistence and intensification of the PCC dictatorship’s repression.

The specter of Nepal is beginning to loom over Cuba and Venezuela. Preventing a violent popular uprising against these oligarchic dictatorships at all costs has become the priority of imperialism, which is working to extinguish all revolutionary sparks. The beginning of negotiations between Castroism and imperialism seeks to avoid the violent fall of the dictatorship at the hands of the people, as happened in Nepal where the mass uprising crushed the Communist Party dictatorship. Similarly, negotiations took place in Venezuela, and the agreement reached between the Chavista oligarchs and their government, headed by Delcy and Jorge Rodríguez, with imperialism involved the arrest and extradition of Maduro in exchange for a transition process toward a more stable bourgeois democratic regime. This would allow sectors of the Chavista oligarchy to reinvent themselves as bourgeois parties. The plan included imperialism shifting from a policy of support for María Corina Machado to a transition based on Vice President Delcy Rodríguez and an agreement with Diosdado Cabello.

That’s why the agreements with Diosdado Cabello, who controls sectors of the Venezuelan army, and with Raúl Castro, who, represented by his grandson “Raulito the Crab,” seeks to preserve the structure of the Cuban Armed Forces and, thus, the Cuban bourgeois state, are so important. These are preventative measures aimed at avoiding a revolution in the Caribbean that would erupt right in front of the US and coincide with the revolutionary upsurge of the American masses who have given Trump a resounding defeat with massive mobilizations that forced him to withdraw ICE troops from Minnesota.

Two corrupt oligarchies, which carry out all kinds of crimes and illicit maneuvers

Castro-Chavismo is not a socialist, Marxist, or revolutionary movement that opposes capitalism. On the contrary, it is an agreement between two deeply corrupt, millionaire oligarchies, a gang of criminals who have perpetrated all kinds of crimes against the people to perpetuate their hold on power. The Cuban oligarchy, led by spokespeople like Alejandro Castro Espín, son of Raúl Castro, and “Crab” Rodríguez Castro, grandson of Raúl Castro, has forged a long-standing business relationship with the Panamanian businessman Ramón Carretero Napolitano. This same businessman enabled the Venezuelan oligarchy to conduct lucrative business in the oil sector and secure all kinds of contracts through Carretero’s company, the Caribbean Logistics Corporation, which obtained multimillion-dollar contracts from the Venezuelan government.

Ramón Carretero Napolitano laundered money for the Cuban and Venezuelan oligarchy through accounts in the tax haven of Panama, which solidified Rodríguez Castro’s position as a frequent passenger on Carretero’s private planes bound for Panama, where GAESA’s largest umbrella company, CIMEX, is registered. Dozens of Rodríguez Castro’s flights to Panama were recorded, and at least once, in May 2024, he traveled with Brigadier General Ania Guillermina Lastres Morera of the Cuban army, the current president of GAESA and a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba.

Carretero, in turn, consolidated his position as a major contractor for the Nicolás Maduro regime through companies like Landscape Vision Corp (Lanvicorp) and Corporación Logística del Caribe. These companies amassed nearly $800 million in public contracts for civil works projects, awarded between 2013 and 2015 by the Pro-Patria 2000 Foundation, then headed by Carlos Erick Malpica Flores and Walter Jacob Gavidia Flores, nephew and son, respectively, of Cilia Flores, the Venezuelan first lady, or ” first combatant” in the official jargon of the Chavista oligarchy. This is how the Chavista oligarchy became millionaires, carrying out capital flight to Panama in partnership with oligarchs from the Communist Party of Cuba.

In this scheme, the Panamanian businessman transferred millions of dollars to Juan Carlos López Tovar, the partner of Iriamni Malpica Flores, Cilia Flores’s niece. Meanwhile, the private plane trips of the Castro-Chavista oligarchs on Carretero Napolitano’s aircraft followed the Caracas-Havana-Panama triangle, which allowed the Cuban dictatorship’s nomenklatura and the Chavista oligarchs to establish lucrative business relationships. These relationships were so close that an employee of Carretero Napolitano, Edwin Abel Pitty Madrid, was appointed Panama’s ambassador to Cuba, at the suggestion of Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino. And while the Castro-Chavista oligarchies were becoming millionaires by siphoning off massive amounts of capital to Panamanian accounts, the workers, young people, and peasants of Venezuela and Cuba were sinking into poverty, misery, and abject despair, with meager wages that didn’t even reach 10 or 20 dollars.

These same millionaire, corrupt, and criminal Castro-Chavista oligarchs imposed their will with an iron fist, arresting opponents, repressing dissenting voices, and imprisoning those who opposed their plans, thus filling the prisons of Cuba and Venezuela with thousands of political prisoners. And it is this corrupt and criminal oligarchy that the Progressive International Flotilla and 99% of the world’s left-wing groups come out to support, lying about what is really happening, calling for “solidarity with Cuba ,” which is in reality solidarity with the criminal Castro-Chavista oligarchs—a shameful policy of support for these sinister dictatorships that have been enriching themselves for years with the complicity of bankers and capitalist investment funds from around the world.

Social Democrats, Stalinists and ex-Trotskyists united in the Progressive International (PI)

Woe to those naive Cubans and Venezuelans who believed the lies of Donald Trump and his circle of representatives like Milei of Argentina or Viktor Orbán of Hungary—true, disgraceful clowns. They promised the Cubans and Venezuelans that they would oust the Castro-Chavistas from power and bring them to justice and punish them. And now, the people of Cuba and Venezuela are beginning to see how Trump and Marco Rubio are making deals with the Castro-Chavistas, how they are turning their backs on honest activists and making deals with Delcy and Diosdado, how, far from judging and punishing the Castro regime, they are meeting and making deals with “El Cangrejo” (the Crab). Oh, our dear Cuban and Venezuelan brothers and sisters who believed they were confronting the “communists” or “Marxists” !

We’re not talking about the Miami vultures who know perfectly well what’s going on; we’re talking about the honest activists, workers, and people of Cuba and Venezuela who believed that US imperialism would come to their rescue. And now they see the reality: It was never about a “fight against communists.” The Castro-Chavistas were never communists or socialists; they always defended capitalism, and now they’re joining forces with Trump more than ever because they share the common interest of the unrestricted defense of capitalism and their businesses.

Dear honest Cuban and Venezuelan activists: You never lived under a communist or socialist dictatorship; you always lived under a capitalist dictatorship. That is why we repudiate the leaders and groups of the global left who, along with the Progressive International, are carrying out the scandal of supporting these criminal capitalist oligarchies. They have already announced that this flotilla, “Our America,” will set sail with food, medicine, and urgent basic supplies, as explained by its organizers: Thiago Ávila, leader of the Progressive International and the PSOL of Brazil, and Clémence Guetté, Vice President of the French National Assembly. or the former leader of the British Labour Party Jeremy Corbyn and the English congresswoman, Zarah Sultana, who head the ” Your Party” party in England supported by all the groups of English Trotskyism such as the English SWP, the “communists” of Alan Woods, who always collaborated publicly with the Chavista oligarchy, and other minor groups such as the RCIT, or Mandelism.

This occurred amidst ongoing negotiations between the imperialist government of Donald Trump and the Iranian Ayatollahs’ Islamic oligarchy in Geneva, Switzerland, sponsored by Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi. In these negotiations, Trump sought to impose an agreement similar to the one he imposed on Venezuela, that is, to allow the Ayatollahs’ capitalist dictatorship to implement political reforms in exchange for an agreement favorable to the political interests of imperialism in the region.

The attack has triggered a global stock market crash, a surge in oil and gas prices exacerbating global inflation, and a crisis in insurance companies that suspended coverage for maritime transport in the Gulf. The attack by the Donald Trump administration is a desperate attempt to cope with the failure and serious crisis his government is facing after its defeat at the hands of the American people, who thwarted the ICE intervention in Minnesota. Donald Trump faces the prospect of a tough electoral defeat in a few months when the midterm elections take place , which will exacerbate the crisis of his government. Cornered by soaring inflation, the wave of strikes by the American working class, the collapse in popular support for his government and the worsening of the global crisis of capitalism, Trump launches a desperate attack against Iran in order to reverse the inevitable collapse and failure of his policy.

Donald Trump is acting like a “mad firefighter” trying to put out a blaze with gasoline, in a military intervention that, as the hours pass, is far from resembling a walk in the park. Trump opens “Pandora’s box” of revolution in the Middle East

Hours before the bombing began, Omani Foreign Minister Badr al-Busaidi was in Washington, D.C., meeting with U.S. Vice President James Vance. Following the meeting, he announced that negotiations between the U.S. and Iranian governments were progressing smoothly. The imperialist plan, thus far, was to forge agreements like the one made with the government of Delcy Rodríguez in Venezuela, and which is also being negotiated with the capitalist dictatorship of Cuba—agreements you can read about by clicking here. These agreements aim to prevent revolutions like those occurring around the world, such as in Nepal, by attempting to quell the revolutionary upsurge of the masses through minor democratic concessions and regime reforms, essentially to keep the dictators in power.

But the Trump Administration is already a crisis government that fails to resolve any of the major crises facing global capitalism, and is massively rejected by the US population. This is why it acts by launching policies like a “blank slash ,” seeking a success that will pull it out of the crisis. This is why, amidst these secret arrangements made between imperialist officials and officials of the Iranian religious oligarchy, US imperialism, together with the government of war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu, launched the bombing operation “Epic Fury,” in which bombs were dropped on Tehran, Qom, Kermanshah, Isfahan, and Karaj, according to the Pentagon, targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities and its ballistic missile program.

The reality is that both Mossad and the Pentagon knew about a meeting of the highest military and religious officials of the Ayatollah dictatorship, and therefore decided to attack it in order to violently decapitate the regime. The combined imperialist force simultaneously attacked several sites, assassinating numerous high-ranking Iranian officials, including the supreme religious and military leader Ali Khamenei, the Secretary of the Iranian Defense Council, Ali Shamkhani, the Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), General Mohammad Pakpour, the Minister of Defense, Brigadier General Aziz Nasir Zadeh, the head of intelligence at Khatam ol Anbia Saleh Asadi, the Chief of the Supreme Leader’s Military Office, Mohammad Shirazi, the President of the Defense Innovation and Research Organization (SPND), Hossein Jabal Amelian, and the former president of the SPND, Reza Mozafari Nia—a total of 40 Iranian leaders.

The criminal bombing of Iranian cities, with approximately 900 combined attacks, was intended to effectively suppress Iranian air defenses and prevent a counterattack. Despite causing immense destruction, including the attack on an Iranian primary school that killed dozens of children, the imperialist attacks failed to completely cripple Iran’s military capabilities. The Iranian military response, coupled with the growing mass uprisings across the Middle East, has plunged Operation Epic Fury into crisis. If Trump fails to achieve results with the bombings in the coming days, the political and social crisis in the US, and indeed throughout the Middle East, could worsen, and the entire imperialist operation could fail spectacularly. The stock market crash and the global capitalist collapse are further exacerbated by the Houthi troops governing Yemen occupying the Strait of Hormuz, as they did during the Third Intifada, thereby blocking the main access route for global oil trade. Imperialist countries, having lost control of the Red Sea, must circumnavigate Africa to trade, which automatically drives up prices because it extends the routes necessary for global crude oil supply by thousands of kilometers, and also leaves oil tankers vulnerable to Somali and other pirates.

Down with the bombings, out with imperialism, and the Ayatollahs! Long live the revolution of the Iranian people and the Middle East!

Following the death of Ali Khamenei and the top brass in Iran, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian formally assumed the role of Supreme Leader during the transition period. The Islamic Resistance of Iraq, a coalition of Iraqi militias backed by Iran, carried out 16 unspecified “operations” with “dozens” of drones against “enemy” bases in Iraq and the region . Kataib Hezbollah south of Baghdad began developing resistance actions in Iraq, while Hezbollah in Lebanon began firing missiles toward Israel, anticipating a possible Israeli invasion from southern Lebanon. Palestinian militias have already declared their support for the struggle of the Arab peoples against the bombing by imperialism and Israel, thus creating a bloc of Arab militia forces to confront imperialism in the region.

Iran’s bombing of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates seeks to expose the sinister role of these extremely wealthy Arab bourgeoisies of sheikhs and businessmen who are supporting Israel and the US. No social class disappears from history without a fight, and thus the Iranian Islamic oligarchy, in its grave crisis, sends missiles toward military garrisons in Arab countries whose governments have “abandoned” them and, in fact, are submitting to the imperialist attack. But the international isolation of the Trump administration and Israel is also growing; they are outright hated worldwide, since European and Japanese imperialism, as well as the capitalist sub-metropolises of India, China, and Russia, are acting as mere spectators: they do not decisively support imperialist aggression and call for “de-escalation . “ It is a hypocritical and pro-imperialist policy because at the same time they neither prevent nor block imperialist aggression, which reveals the sinister and counter-revolutionary role of the UN, and all international political bodies that only serve to validate capitalism and global imperialism.

These events also eliminate 99% of the world’s left and the world’s charlatans who uphold the “Decoupling Theory ,” claiming that China and Russia are headed for World War III against imperialism. Reality clearly shows that these theories are pure charlatanism, that there is only one imperialism in the world, desperately trying to defend the global imperialist capitalist order, and that is the United States. All current events only reaffirm that what truly exists is a global struggle between revolution and counter-revolution, and that the capitalist governments of China, Russia, and India are simply vassals of US and European imperialism. They are a counter-revolutionary front that we must confront and destroy to end capitalism.

The Stalinists and social democrats who sow hope in capitalist countries like China and Russia, or in bourgeois governments like those of Lula and Petro, or the New Popular Front in France, or Syriza, or Podemos in Spain, are irredeemable traitors. The Iranian bourgeoisie itself, sinister, retrograde, and medieval, is being destroyed by its class contradictions, which render it incapable of waging a consistent anti-imperialist struggle. This Islamic capitalist oligarchy became entangled in the web of agreements and negotiations with imperialism, which led to the deaths of its fundamentalist Islamic leaders.

Honest activists who still remain in groups that foster illusions about bourgeois and capitalist governments must immediately break with them and join the Marxist regroupment of the Marx International. From the Marx International, we promote the unity of the peoples of the Middle East, unity in global mobilization to achieve the defeat of imperialist aggression, and simultaneously, the violent overthrow of the Arab dictatorships and oligarchies that serve imperialism. Therefore, from the Marx International, we say: Down with the bombings! Out with imperialism and Israel from the Middle East! Out with the Ayatollahs of Iran! Long live the revolution of the Iranian and Middle Eastern people!

මොළය සහ මනස ගැන සියවස් ගණනාවක් තිස්සේ විඥානවාදී දාර්ශනිකයන් සහ භෞතිකවාදී දාර්ශනිකයන් විවාද කළ මාතෘකාව එම කරුණය. මෙම මූලික ප්‍රශ්නය මිනිස් අත්දැකීම් සහ පැවැත්මේ සාරය සමග මනස මගින් ගැඹුරට කිමිදුන මාතෘකාවක් ලෙස පුරාණයේ සිටම වත්මන දක්වා පැවත අවේය. මෙම සංකල්ප තේරුම් ගැනීමට ලෝකයේ සිදුවන දේවල් මනසින් වටහා ගන්නා ආකාරය, මොළයේ අනන්‍යතා සකස් කර ගන්නා ආකාරය සහ අභ්‍යන්තර ජීවිතය හා මනස ජීවිතයට සම්බන්ධ වන ආකාරය ගැනද පැවතියේ විවාදයකි.

මනස පිළිබඳ විඥානවාදී සංකල්පය

ඓතිහාසික විඥානවාදය හා ඓතිහාසික පාරභෞතිකවාදය යන දාර්ශනික මත දෙක විසින් මනස සහ මොළය වෙනස් ආයතන දෙකක් බව පැවසුවේය. මෙම දර්ශනවාදී මත දෙක මගින් යෝජනා කළේ මනස මොළයෙන් ස්වාධීනව පවතින බවයි. පාරභෞතිකවාදය සියවස් ගණනාවක් තිස්සේ මනස චින්තනයට බලපෑම් කරන ආකාරය ගැන විග්‍රහය වූයේ; මනස ආත්මීය අත්දැකීම්වල සහ භෞතික නොවන ක්ෂේත්‍රයක මනස පවතින බවයි. එය සිතුවිලි, හැඟීම් සහ මතකයන් ඇතුළුව අපගේ අභ්‍යන්තර මනස සෑදී ඇත්තේ පිටතින් විඥානය (ආත්මය) මනසට ඇතුළ් වන බැවිනි. ආත්මයෙන් මෙහෙයවන මනස තනි සංජානනයන්ගේ මූලාශ්‍රයක් වන අතර, ආත්මීය සම්බන්ධය මොළය තුළින් ජීවීන්ගේ ඉන්ද්‍රියන්ගෙන් තොරතුරු අර්ථ නිරූපණය කිරීමට එවිට ඉඩ සලසයි යනුවෙන් ඔවුන් පැවසුවේය.

මෙම වියුක්ත සංකල්පයට විශ්වාසයන්, ආශාවන් සහ ස්වයං දැනුවත්භාවය ද ඇතුළත් විය. එය ප්‍රීතිය, දුක කෝපය වැනි හැඟීම්, ස්වයං විමර්ශනය සහ පරම ආත්මීය (absolute subjective) සම්බන්ධයක් ගැන ද පැවසුවේය. පරම අද්විතීය ආඛ්‍යාන මගින් පරමත්වය නිර්මාණය කරන අනන්‍යතාවය පිළිබඳ අඛණ්ඩ දේව හැඟීමක ආත්මීය සම්බන්ධයකින් මනසට ලැබෙන බව ඔවුන් පිළිගත්තේය.

17 වෙනි සියවසේදී පාරභෞතිකවාදී දාර්ශනිකයෙක් වන රෙනේ ඩෙකාට් (1596-1650) ‘දර්ශනය පිළිබඳ ආධ්‍යාත්මිකත්වය’ (1641) කෘතියේ මනස සහ ශරීරය (මොළය ඇතුළුව) වෙනම ආයතනයක් හා සම්බන්ධ බව තර්ක කළහ. ඔබේ සිතුවිලි ඔබේ ශරීරයේ යන්ත්‍රයක් ලෙස හොල්මන් කරන දේව අවතාර පැවැත්මක් ඇතැයි ඔහු පැවසීය.

18 වෙනි සියවසේදී ජෝර්ජ් බර්ක්ලි (1685-1753) යනු ඇන්ග්ලෝ-අයර්ලන්ත බිෂොප්වරයෙකු වූ විඥානවාදී දාර්ශනිකයා ‘මානව දැනුමේ මූලධර්ම පිළිබඳ නිබන්ධනය’ (1710) කෘතියේ පැවසුවේ දෙවියන් වහන්සේගෙන් පිටත කිසිදු දෙයක් නොපවතින බවත්, දෙවියන් වහන්සේ ඒවා දකින නිසා අපගේ මනසින් සහ සංජානනයන්ගෙන් පිටත මනසක් පවතින බව ඔහු ප්‍රකාශ කළේය.

19 වෙනි සියවසේදී ජෝර්ජ් හේගල්ගේ (1770-1831) ‘ආත්මයේ සංසිද්ධි විද්‍යාව’ (1807) කෘතියේ මනස, ආත්මය, විඥානය සහ මිනිස් පැවැත්ම අතර අන්තර් සම්බන්ධතාවය ගවේෂණය කරන විඥානවාදී දාර්ශනික කෘතියකි. ස්වයං-ආත්මය යනු දැනුමේ ඉහළම ආකාරය බව ඔහු තර්ක කරයි. එය යථාර්ථයේ ආත්මීය සහ වාස්තවික අංශවල එකමුතුවක් බව ද පවසයි.  මනස ආත්මීය (විඥානය) සහ වාස්තවිකත්වය (යථාර්ථය) ඒකාබද්ධ කරන අදහස පිළිබඳ ආත්මීය සංකල්පයට සම්බන්ධ කළේය. 

මනස පිළිබඳ භෞතිකවාදී සංකල්පය

මනස පිළිබඳ භෞතිකවාදී දර්ශනයේදී පවසන්නේ මනස මොළයේ නිෂ්පාදනයක් බවත් මානසික තත්වයන් භෞතික අත්දැකීම්වලින් ලැබෙන බවත්ය. මෙම දෘෂ්ටිකෝණය මනස  භෞතිකවාදය විද්‍යාත්මක ක්‍රමය සමග පෙළ ගැසෙන්නේ භෞතික සංසිද්ධිවල ප්‍රකාශ පදනම් කර ගනිමිනි. මොළයේ ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය සිතුවිලි, හැඟීම් සහ හැසිරීම් සමග සම්බන්ධ කරන ස්නායු විද්‍යාවේ දියුණුව මගින් භෞතිකවාදී මතය වත්මනවන විට  ඉදිරිදැක්මක් සහිත දර්ශනවාදයක් ලෙස ව්‍යාප්ත වෙමින් පවතී.

ජෝන් ලොක්ගේ (1632-1704) ‘මානව අවබෝධය පිළිබඳ රචනයක්’ (1689/90) නැමැති කෘතියේ චින්තනය සහ මානව අවබෝධය පිළිබඳ ගවේෂණය ගැඹුරින් විග්‍රහ කර ඇත. මනස උපතේදී හිස්ව පවතින බවත්, කිසිදු සහජ දැනුමක් හෝ අදහස්ක් එම කාලයේදී ලැබෙන්නේ නැත. මානවයා සියලු දැනුම ඉන්ද්‍රිය අත්දැකීම් හරහා ලබා ගන්නා බවත්, අපගේ මනස අපගේ ඉන්ද්‍රියන් හරහා අප කලින් හමු වූ චින්තනය හා ඒකාබද්ධ කරන බවත් ඔහු පැහැදිලි කළේය. ජෝන් ලොක්ගේ දැනුම පිළිබඳ න්‍යාය, හේතුව දැනුමේ ප්‍රධාන මූලාශ්‍රය සහ විද්‍යාත්මක පරීක්ෂණය විශ්වාස කළ ඔහු එකල පැවති විඥානවාදීන්ට අභියෝග කළේ; දැනුම මනසට ලබා ගැනීමේදී අත්දැකීම් වැදගත්වනවා සේම, එම අත්දැකීම් මගින් දැනුම ලැබෙන බව අනුමත කළ නොහැකි නම් කිසිම දැනුමක් නොමැති බව තහවුරු වන බවද ඔහු පැවසීය. ඔහුගේ අදහස් නූතන මනෝවිද්‍යාව, ඥානවිද්‍යාව සහ මනස පිළිබඳ දර්ශනය සඳහා භෞතිකවාදී අඩිතාලම දැමූ දාර්ශනකයෙක් ලෙස පිළිගනී.

කාල් මාක්ස් (1818-1883) සහ ප්‍රෙඩ්රික් එංගල්ස් (1820-1895) ‘ජර්මානු දෘෂ්ටිවාදය’ (1845) කෘතයෙහි මනස තුළ නිපෙදවෙන දැනුම ගැන පවසන්නේ “සැබෑ ජීවිතයේ භාෂාව වන මිනිසුන්ගේ ද්‍රව්‍යමය ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සහ ද්‍රව්‍යමය ආශ්‍රය සමග අන්තර් සම්බන්ධිතයි. අදහස්, චින්තනය, සංකල්ප සහ ඥානය ස්වාධීනව හෝ රික්තයක් තුළ මනස තුළ ජනනය නොවේ; ඒ වෙනුවට, ඒවා ජනනය වන්නේ භෞතික දත්තවල සෘජු ප්‍රවාහයන් ලෙසය. වෙනත් වචන වලින් පැවසුවහොත්; සවිඥානය කිසි විටෙකත් සවිඥානික පැවැත්මක් හැර අන් කිසිවක් විය නොහැකි අතර මිනිසුන්ගේ පැවැත්ම ඔවුන්ගේ සැබෑ ජීවන ක්‍රියාවලියයි.” යනුවෙන් පවසයි. එබැවින්, භෞතික පැවැත්ම යටතේ, දැනුම ජීවිතය තුළ පදනම් වේ: මානව චින්තනය විසින් සැබෑ සමාජ හා ආර්ථික ක්‍රියාවලිය හරහා එය පිළිබිඹු වන බවද පවසයි.

වී. අයි. ලෙනින්ගේ (1870-1924) “භෞතිකවාදය සහ අනුභූතික-විවේචනය” (1908) කෘතියේ මනස සහ භෞතික මොළය අතර ඇති සම්බන්ධතාවය සාකච්ඡා කරයි. මිනිස් මනසට කරුණු නිවැරදිව පිළිබිඹු කරන ලෝකයේ නිරූපණයන් තුළින් බව ඔහු තර්ක කරයි, ලෝකය පිළිබඳ විශ්වාසයන් වාස්තවිකව සත්‍ය මගින් ලබගන්නා බව පවසයි. මිනිස් මනස සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම තීරණය වන්නේ භෞතික ලෝකය මගිනි. මේ ලෝකය භෞතික ද්‍රව්‍යවලට පමණක් සීමා නොවන බවත්, වාස්තවිකව නිරීක්ෂණය කළ හැකි සියල්ල එයට ඇතුළත් බවත් මිනිසා දනියි. මිනිසුන්ගේ සිතුවිලි සහ අදහස්, ඔවුන්ගේ සංවාදයෙන් හෝ කියවීමෙන් නිරීක්ෂණය කරන ඒවා මෙම භෞතික ලෝකයට ඇතුළත් වේ. මනසෙහි නව හැඟීම් පෙර අත්දැකීම් මගින් ඇති වූ ප්‍රතිරූපයට ගැලපෙන අතර එවා තීව්‍ර කරයි. මෙම පුරුදු සහ මෙම සංකල්ප පුද්ගලික නොව සාමූහික දේපළකි.

මොළය භෞතික ව්‍යුහයක් ලෙස

මොළය, හිස් කබල තුළ නිර්මාණය වුන රැලි සහිත, රාත්තල් තුනක් බර පටක වලින් සැදුණු ව්‍යුහයකි. එය භෞතික ඉන්ද්‍රියයක් වන අතර, කුණාටුවක කුඩා අකුණු සැර මෙන් පිටතට විසිරී යන බිලියන ගණනක් නියුරෝන (neurons) වලින් සෑදී ඇත. අනෙක් අතට මනස  අපගේ සිතුවිලි, හැඟීම්, චින්තනය, සංකල්ප, මතකයන් සහ ඥානය යන දේවල් අපට ස්පර්ශ කළ නොහැකි ක්ෂේත්‍රයට අයත්ය. එවිට මොළය යනු භෞතික ඉන්ද්‍රියයක් වන අතර මනස යනු මොළයේ ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වයෙන් පැන නගින මානසික ක්‍රියාවලීන් සහ අත්දැකීම්වලින් සැදෙන ව්‍යුහයකි. වර්තමාන විද්‍යාත්මක සාක්ෂි වලට අනුව, මානසික ක්‍රියාවලය මොළය තුළ පමණක් සෑදෙයි.

මොළයේ ස්නායු, ග්ලියල් සෛල (glial cells), රුධිර වාහිනී සහ සංකීර්ණ රසායනික පද්ධති වලින් සෑදී ඇති භෞතික ඉන්ද්‍රියකි. එය හිස් කබල තුළ පිහිටා ඇති අතර මධ්‍යම ස්නායු පද්ධතියේ කොටසක් වන අතර එය සුෂුම්නාව සහ පර්යන්ත ස්නායු (peripheral nerves) වලට සෘජුවම සම්බන්ධ වේ. විද්‍යාත්මක දෘෂ්ටි කෝණයකින්, මොළය MRI, EEG සහ CT ස්කෑන් වැනි මෙවලම් භාවිතයෙන් මොළය ස්කෑන් කිරීමට, විකණ්ඩනය කිරීමට සහ අධ්‍යයනය කිරීමට හැකි මෙවලමක් ලෙස වර්තමානයේ භාවිතා වෙයි. එවා මගින් මොළය පිළිබඳ විද්‍යාත්මක සාධක තහවුරු කර ගනිමින් ඇත.

මෙළයේ ප්‍රධාන කාර්යභාරය වන්නේ තොරතුරු සැකසීමයි. විද්‍යුත් ආවේග සහ රසායනික සංඥා බිලියන ගණනක් නියුරෝන මගින් මොළයට හුස්ම ගැනීම, චලනය, සංවේදක සංජානනය සහ අභ්‍යන්තර සමතුලිතතාවය නියාමනය කිරීම ද කරයි. මොළයේ නිශ්චිත ප්‍රදේශවලට සිදුවන හානිය බොහෝ විට පුරෝකථනය කළ හැකි දුර්වලතා වලට තුඩු දෙන අතර, මොළය ශරීරයේ ජීව විද්‍යාත්මක පාලන මධ්‍යස්ථානය ලෙස ශරීරයක් තුළ ස්ථීරව පවතී.

මොළය හිස් කබල තුළ කොටු වී ඇති භෞතික ඉන්ද්‍රියක් වන අතර එය ස්නායු පද්ධතියේ මධ්‍යම සැකසුම් ඒකකය ලෙස සේවය කරයි. එය නියුරෝන ලෙස හඳුන්වන බිලියන ගණනක විශේෂිත සෛල වලින් සමන්විත වන අතර ඒවා සංෂිප්ත ලෙස හඳුන්වන කුඩා හිඩැස් හරහා විද්‍යුත් රසායනික සංඥා හරහා සන්නිවේදනය කරයි. මෙම ස්නායු ජාල සියලුම ශාරීරික ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සහ මොළය තුළ තොරතුරු සැකසීම සඳහා පදනම සාදන ව්‍යුහයයි.

ස්නායු සෛලවල විද්‍යුත් රසායනික ක්‍රියාවලියේ සිට සිතුවිලි සහ හැඟීම් මතුවීම දක්වා, මනස-මොළය සමග ඇති සම්බන්ධතාවය සියවස් ගණනාවක සිට මනෝවිද්‍යාඥයින් හඳුනාගෙන ගෙන තිබූ අතර, අපගේ අභ්‍යන්තර මානසික ලෝකය සහ එයට හේතු වන සංකීර්ණ ඉන්ද්‍රිය අතර ඇති ගැඹුරු සම්බන්ධතාවය හෙළිදරව් කිරීමේ ගවේෂණ ද මනෝවිද්‍යාඥයන් වර්තමානයේ ද කරමින් සිටිති. අපගේ සිතුවිලි, හැඟීම් සහ අපගේ හිස් කබල තුළ පිහිටා ඇති අළු පදාර්ථ (gray matter) අතර මෙම සිත් ඇදගන්නාසුළු අන්තර් ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය ගැන පරම්පරා ගණනාවක් තිස්සේ පැවති විවාදය නිමාවට පත් කරමින් මනස පිළිබඳව විද්‍යාත්මකව විමසීමේ ප්‍රධාන මූලාශ්‍රය බවට භෞතිකවාදය පත්විය.

මොළයේ විශේෂිත කලාප සංවිධානය වී ඇති අතර, ඒ සෑම එකක්ම විශේෂිත කාර්යයන්ගෙන් සමන්විය. මොළයේ විශාලතම කොටස වන මස්තිෂ්කය, සංවේදක අර්ථ නිරූපණය, භාෂාව සහ ස්වේච්ඡා චලනය වැනි ඉහළ මට්ටමේ කාර්යයන් සඳහා වගකිව යුතු කොටස වෙයි. මස්තිෂ්කය සමබරතාවය පවත්වා ගන්නා අතර දත්ත පාලනය ද සම්බන්ධීකරණය කරයි. මස්තිෂ්කය සුෂුම්නාවට සම්බන්ධ කරන මොළයේ කඳ, හුස්ම ගැනීම, හෘද ස්පන්දන වේගය සහ නින්ද වැනි ස්වයංක්‍රීය ශාරීරික ක්‍රියාවලීන් නියාමනය ද කරයි.

මොළය සහ මනස අතර සම්බන්ධය

මොළය සම්බන්ධයෙන් නූතන විද්‍යාඥයන් පරියේෂණ මගින් යෝජනා කරන්නේ මනස මොළයේ සංකීර්ණ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් වලින් මතුවන බවයි. භෞතිකවාදය ලෙස හැඳින්වෙන මෙම දෘෂ්ටිකෝණය, මනස ස්නායු ක්‍රියාවලීන්ගේ සෘජු නිෂ්පාදනයක් බවද ප්‍රකාශ කරයි. නිදසුනක් වශයෙන්, ක්‍රියාකාරී චුම්භක අනුනාද රූප (functional magnetic resonance imaging) අධ්‍යයනයෙන් පෙන්නුම් කරන්නේ මතකයන් සිහිපත් කිරීම හෝ හැඟීම් සැකසීම වැනි මානසික කාර්යයන් අතරතුර මොළයේ නිශ්චිත කලාප ක්‍රියාකාරී වන බවයි.

මනස භෞතික වස්තුවක්ද?

මොළය මෙන් නොව මනස භෞතික වස්තුවක් නොවේ. එය සිතුවිලි, මතකයන්, හැඟීම්, චින්තනයන්, සංකල්ප, විශ්වාසයන්, පරිකල්පනය, දැනුවත්භාවය සහ තීරණ ගැනීම වැනි මානසික ක්‍රියාවලීන්ගේ එකතුවකි. මානවයා “ඔහුගේ මනසෙහි ඇති දේ” (what’s on his mind) ගැන කතා කරන විට, ඔහු පටක හෝ සෛල වලට වඩා අභ්‍යන්තර අත්දැකීම් ගැන විමසා බලයි.

මොළයේ ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වයෙන් පැන නගින ක්‍රියාකාරකම් හෝ සංසිද්ධි සමූහයකි මනස. ඔබට ස්නායුවක් නිරීක්ෂණය කළ හැකි ආකාරයට සිතුවිල්ලක් කෙලින්ම නිරීක්ෂණය කළ නොහැකි වුවද, මනෝවිද්‍යාත්මක පර්යේෂකයන්ට හැසිරීම්, මොළයේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් සහ ස්වයං වාර්තා අධ්‍යයනය කිරීමෙන් මානසික තත්වයන් අනුමාන කළ හැකිය.

මනස-මොළය සමග ඇත සම්බන්ධය

මනස-මොළය සමග ඇති සම්බන්ධය අපගේ මානසික අත්දැකීම් – සිතුවිලි, හැඟීම්, චින්තනය, සංකල්ප, සංජානනය සහ ඥානය – අපගේ මොළයේ සිදුවන භෞතික ක්‍රියාවලීන් සමග සම්බන්ධ වන ක්‍රියාවලියයි. ඔබ, හිරු බැස යන සුන්දර දසුනක් දැක විස්මිත හැඟීමක් දැනෙන විට, එම විස්මිත හැඟීම නියුරෝන නිශ්චිත රටා වලින් ලැබුණ හැඟීමක්ද?, නැතහොත් එයට තවත් ආත්මීය සම්බන්ධයකින් ලැබුණ හැඟිමක්ද? මෙම ප්‍රශ්නය විවාදා සම්පන්න න්‍යායන් වලට මඟ විවර වුනි. ඒ මනස පිළිබඳ භෞතිකවාදී න්‍යාය වඩා හොඳින් තේරුම් ගැනීමට, ඔබේ මොළය සංකීර්ණ පරිඝණකයක් ලෙසත්, ඔබේ මනස එහි ක්‍රියාත්මක වන මෘදුකාංගය ලෙස සරල උදාහරණයක් ගතහොත් පරිඝණකය තුළ ඇති විද්‍යුත් ක්‍රියාවලිය වගේම මොළය තුළද ඇතිවන ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය ගැනද යම් වැටහීමක් එවිට ලබාගත හැකිය. (මෙය උදාහරණයක් පමණි. මොළය පරිඝණකයක් නොවේ. පරිඝණකයට චින්තන ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වයක් නැත).

ඔබට සතුටක් දැනෙන විට, එම සතුට යනු ඔබේ මොළයේ විශේෂිත රටා තුළ ක්‍රියාකාරීවන නිශ්චිත ස්නායු ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වය තුළින් සිදුවන දෙයකි. එවිට මොළයෙන් වෙන්වුන “මනසක්” ශරීරයක් අසල පාවෙමින් පවතින්නේ නැත; මානසික අත්දැකීම් ලෙස මනසේ සිදුවන දේ විවිධ වචන වලින් විස්තර කර ඇත්තේ මොළයේ සිදුවන ක්‍රියාවලියක් ලෙසය. මෙම මතය ගැන භෞතිකවාදීන් පැහැදිලි කරන්නේ; මොළය ජීව විද්‍යාත්මක ස්නායු වලින් එකම සංජානන කාර්යයන් ඉටු කරන බවයි. එවිට මොළයේ මානසික තත්වයන් විවිධ භෞතික පද්ධතිවලින් සිදුකරන සංජානන කාර්යයන් මගින් ඉටු කරන බවයි.

මනසේ ප්‍රධාන සාධකය වන්නේ විවිධත්වයක් සහිත වීමයි – එකම මානසික තත්වය විවිධ භෞතික පද්ධතිවල ක්‍රියාත්මක විය හැකි බව තවත් අදහසකි. වේදනාව සලකා බලන මිනිසුන් ඔවුන්ගේ භෞතික ව්‍යුහයන් වෙනස් වුවද, වේදනාවට ක්‍රියාකාරීව සමාන දෙයක් අත්විඳියි. එය “වේදනාව” බවට පත් කරන්නේ නිශ්චිත ස්නායු හෝ පරිපථ වලින් නොව, පද්ධතිය තුළ එය ඉටු කරන ක්‍රියාකාරී භූමිකාව තුළයි. 

සමහර පර්යේෂකයන් අණුක (පරමාණු) සිට මනෝවිද්‍යාත්මක දත්ත දක්වා විවිධ විස්තර අනුපූරක වන්නේ කෙසේදැයි ගවේෂණය කරයි. මෙම විස්තර එකිනෙකට පරස්පර නොවී ශබ්ද තරංග, සංගීත සටහන් හෝ චිත්තවේගී ප්‍රකාශ අනුව අපට සංධ්වනියක් විස්තර කළ හැකි සේම, සමහර විට මනස සහ මොළය බහු අනුකූල මට්ටම්වලින් තේරුම් ගත හැකි බවද පවසයි.

මනස සහ මොළය අතර සිදුවන ගනුදෙනුව කුමක්ද?

මොළය සහ මනස අතර වෙනස ස්නායු විද්‍යාවේ සහ මනෝවිද්‍යාවේ මූලික සංකල්පයකි. මොළය භෞතික ඉන්ද්‍රියක් වුවද, මනස යනු අත්දැකීම්වල ඇසුරෙන් මොළය තුළ නිපදවන චින්තන ව්‍යුහයකි. මොළය තොරතුරු සකසන අතර ශාරීරික ක්‍රියාකාරකම් නියාමනය කරන අතර මනස තුළ සිතුවිලි, චින්තනය, හැඟීම්, සංකල්ප සහ සංජානනය ද ඇතුළත් වේ. මනස භෞතික වස්තුවක් නොව මොළයේ ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වයෙන් පැන නගින ක්‍රියාකාරකම් හෝ සංසිද්ධි සමූහයකි. විද්‍යාව මනස මොළයේ ක්‍රියාකාරිත්වයෙන් පැන නගින ක්‍රියාකාරකම් හෝ සංසිද්ධි සමූහයක් ලෙස සලකන අතර, ඔබට සිතුවිල්ලක් කෙලින්ම නිරීක්ෂණය කළ නොහැකි වුවද, පර්යේෂකයන්ට හැසිරීම්, මොළයේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් රටා සහ ස්වයං වාර්තා අධ්‍යයනය කිරීමෙන් මානසික තත්වයන් අනුමාන කළ හැකිය. මොළය භෞතික පදනම වන අතර මනස එයින් මතුවන මානසික ක්‍රියාවලියක සමූහික එකතුවකි. විද්‍යාව, මොළය භෞතික පදනම ලෙසත් මනස එයින් මතුවන මානසික ක්‍රියාවලීන් සමූහයක් ලෙසත් විග්‍රහ කරයි. ඒවා ගැඹුරින් සම්බන්ධ වී ඇති නමුත් සමාන නොවේ. මොළය කෙලින්ම අධ්‍යයනය කළ හැකි අතර, මනස අත්දැකීම් සහ හැසිරීම් හරහා අධ්‍යයනය කළ හැකිය. සාමූහිකව මිනිසුන් සිතන, දැනෙන සහ ක්‍රියාකරන ආකාරයෙන් දැනුම පිළිබඳ සම්පූර්ණ චිත්‍රයකින් මනසින් එවිට වටහා ගත හැකිය.

කෙසේ වෙතත්, මනස සහ මොළය ඇත්ත වශයෙන්ම ඉතා වෙනස්, නමුත් අන්තර් සම්බන්ධිත ව්‍යුහයන් දෙකකි. මෙම යථාර්ථය ගොඩනැගෙන්නේ මොළය ගැන පර්යේෂණ පදනමක් ලෙසයි: මනස මොළය හරහා ක්‍රියාත්මක වෙයි, නමුත් මොළයෙන් පිටත මනසක් නොපවතී. කෙසේ වෙතත්, මනස සහ මොළය ඇත්ත වශයෙන්ම ඉතා වෙනස්, නමුත් අන්තර් සම්බන්ධිත ව්‍යුහයන් දෙකකි. මොළය හරහා මනස ක්‍රියාත්මක වන අතර – මොළයෙන් මනස වෙන් කළ නොහැක.

මනස මොළය භාවිතා කරන අතර මොළය මනසට ප්‍රතිචාර දක්වයි. මිනිසුන් ඔවුන්ගේ ක්‍රියාවන් තෝරා ගනී – ඔවුන්ගේ මොළය ඔවුන්ට කිසිවක් කිරීමට බල නොකරයි. මොළය නොමැතිව සවිඥානික අත්දැකීමක් නොතිබෙනු ඇත, නමුත් අත්දැකීම් වලට මොළයේ සිදුවන ක්‍රියාවන් අඩු කළ නොහැකිය.

මනස මොළයේ ශක්තිය වන අතර එය සිතීම, හැඟීම සහ තේරීම හරහා ශක්තිය ජනනය කරයි. එය මොළයේ ජීවමාන බලය වන අතර, එය නොමැතිව භෞතික මොළය සහ ශරීරය නිෂ්ඵල වනු ඇත. ඒ කියන්නේ අපේ මොළය මනස වන අතර, මනසේ – ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වය යනු මොළයේ ශක්තිය ජනනය කරන ආකාරයයි. මෙය මොළයේ තාක්ෂණය සමග අප ලබා ගන්නා ක්‍රියාකාරකම්වල ප්‍රධාන කොටසකි. මනසෙන් සිතීම, හැඟීම සහ තේරීම හරහා මොළයෙන් ශක්තිය ජනනය කරන විට, අපි සිතුවිලි ගොඩනඟා ගන්නේ ප්‍රෝටීන වලින් සෑදූ අපගේ මොළයේ භෞතික ව්‍යුහයෙනි.

එය වාර්ෂිකව පැවැත්වෙන්නේ St- Gallen නගරයේ. මෙවැනි මැරතන් ස්වීට්සර්ලන්තයේ බොහෝ නගරවල පැවැත්වෙනවා. අපි ජීවත්වෙන Frauenfeld නගරයේ 2 දෙකේ මැරතනය ට වගේම සූරිච් හී පැවැත්වෙන ජාතිවාදයට එරෙහි මැරතනයටත් මා සහභාගී වී තිබෙනවා.

ඒවායින් ලැබෙන ආදායම් දේශීය සහ විදෙස් හි සමාජ සත්කාරයන් සදහා යෙදවෙනවා  සහයෝගීතා මැරතනයේ ආදායම් යන්නේ සෙන්ට් ගාලන් හී සමාජ් සත්කාර වැඩකට . ස්වීට්සර්ලන්තයේ රැකවරණ පතා පැමිණ ඊට අවස්ථාව නොලැබු ” මෙහි රැදීසිටීම බලපත් අහිමිවූ ” ජනතාව සදහා.

ඉතින් 2022 ජන අරගලය මැඩලීමට ” හදීසි නීතිය යෙදෙව්වා ” ඊට එරෙහිව විරෝධය  ලංකාව තුලත් ඉන් පිටත් පැන නැගුනා.

ජන අරගලයේ අපේක්ෂාවන්ට ආමන්ත්‍රණය කල මාලීමාව ජනාධිපතිවරණයෙන් ජය ලැබුවා. පාර්ලිමේන්තු චංදෙන් ඔවුන්ට 2/3 කට වැඩි බලයක් ලැබුනා.

ඔවුන් ජන අරගලයේ අපේක්ෂාවන් පිට්පොකට් ගැසීම පමනක් කර ඇති බව දැන් පේන්න තියෙනවා. ආපදා පනත පැත්තක තබා ඔවුන් ” හදීසි නීතිය පැනෙව්වා.

“හදීසි නීතිය කිසිදු මර්දනීය කටයුක්තකට යොදාගන්නේ නැතැයි ” ජනාධිපති කිවේ තවත් ටොම් පචයක් බව පැහැදිලි වුයේ ඔහුගේ ආන්ඩුවේ ” පොලිස් බාග ඇමති ” ආන්ඩුව විවේචනය කරන්නන්ට එරෙහීව හදීසී නීතිය පාවිච්චි කරන බවට තර්ජනය කරමින්.

එසේම හදීසි නීතී රෙගුලාසි ගැසට් නිවේදනේ අඩංගු කරුනු ජාත්‍යන්තර සහ දේශීය මානව හිමිකම් නීතී සහ සම්මුතීන් උල්ලංඝනය වන බවට ” ශ්‍රී ලංකා මානව හිමිකම් කොමිෂම ” ජනාධිපති වෙත සිය නිරීක්ෂණ ඉදිරිපත් කර සෑහෙන කලක් ගතවෙනවා. එහෙත් ඒ කිසිවක් ආන්ඩුව ගනනකට ගත්තේ නෑ. පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ හදිසී නීතිය දීර්ඝ කිරීමට අත ඔසවන්නන්  159 ක් සිටීම ඊට හේතුවන්නට ඇති. එය දෙවැනි වන්නේ ජේ.ආර් ට පාර්ලිමේන්තුවේ තිබූ 5/6 ක බලයට.

ඉතින් ජනාධිපති අනුර දිසානායක දැන් පෙරකල ටොම් පචයා ලෙස හැදින්වූ ජේ.ආර් ගේ දේශපාලන මුනුපුරා අනුර ජයවර්ධනට ඇදලා. ඔවුන්ගේ කලින් නායකයින්, සාමාජිකයින් සමූල ඝාතනයට යොදාගත් හදීසී නීතිය , ත්‍රස්ත වාදය වැලැක්වීමේ පනත ඊටත් වඩා දරුනු විදියට පාවිච්චි කරන්න නව ත්‍රස්ත පනතක් ගේන්න උත්සාහක යෙදෙනෙවා.

ජේ.ආර් ගෙනා නව ලිබරල් ධනවාදී ආර්ථික මොඩලයේ මිලේච්චතම ඉනිම සෙල්ලං කරන්න ජවිපේ  සමග අනුර ජයවර්ධන සැරසෙනවා. කම්කරු – පීඩිත ජනයාගේ විරෝධය මර්දනයට ඔවුන් සැරසෙනවා. ඔවුන්ගේ අධ්‍යාපන ප්‍රතිසංස්කරණ හරහා වසා දමන පාසල් අනාගතයේදී රැඳවුම් කදවුරු නිර්මානය කිරීමට යොදාගනියි.

” සම්පත් කලමණාකරනය කර ” අපි රැදවුම් කදවුරු හදන්න කටයුතු කලා. මහජන මුදල් සත පහක්වත් වැයකලේ නැතැයි ” අනුර ජයවර්ධන ඊලග ” ඉල් මහ විරුවන් ” සමරන අවස්ථාවේ කීවිට , ඔවුන්ගේ බැතිමතුන්ගේ අත්පොලොසන් නාදයත් අපට අසන්නට , දකින්නට ලැබේවී..

Türkiye: Teachers at an Italian School Demand Equality and Fair Pay

Turkish teachers working at Liceo Italiano I.M.I., an institution operating in Türkiye under Italian school status, have unionized against discriminatory practices at the school. Teachers state that despite carrying a heavier teaching workload than their Italian colleagues, they are employed under lower status and receive lower wages. They are calling for an end to this inequality, which they describe as creating “two different worlds within the same school,” and are demanding fair working conditions.

Rising inflation in Türkiye has severely eroded teachers’ salaries in recent years. Wage increases that remain far below the official inflation rate have pushed teachers into deep economic hardship. As no progress has been made in collective bargaining negotiations, the union has announced a decision to strike.

一场严重的危机在中国资本主义独裁政权的最顶层爆发，该政权由习近平和中国共产党（CCP）领导。2026年1月25日 ，习近平宣布撤销中央军事委员会（CMC）副主席张又侠和刘振立的职务，指控其严重违纪。至此，中央军委仅剩下两名成员：主席习近平和副主席张升民。共产党的官方媒体刊登了张又侠和刘振立的被捕的报道后，立即引发了军队内部的震动，但直接隶属于军队的媒体并没有进行任何表态，而是在舆论上史无前例地保持了长达72小时的沉默，同时高级军官们都消极对待甚至无视习近平颁布的最新命令，集体表达了军队严肃且全面反抗习近平的意愿。

中国独裁政权的危机是全球所有独裁政权危机的一部分，正如委内瑞拉的查韦斯主义、伊朗的伊斯兰原教旨主义或古巴的资本主义独裁一样，这些政权因受到人民的唾弃和排斥而陷入危机。在中国，由于仍然强大的军事、警察暴力和过于严格的信息管控，导致明面上看不到任何统治危机，但统治阶级内部已经意识到，如果继续支持习近平极端高压的独裁模式，中国共产党的”绝对统治”将因为过度积累社会矛盾而在数年内彻底崩溃。于是，在1月29日，驻扎在各个战区的军队开始大规模地在北京城外集结，这表明了统治阶级中反对习近平的力量开始采取军事手段，试图通过”剔除”习近平来捍卫各自的政治地位与既得利益。目前，北京周边已经形成了驻扎在郊区的围城部队与负责守卫首都的部队相对峙的局面。中国目前的局势反映了该政治体制最高层爆发的尖锐危机。

军方高层清洗及其风险

虽然习近平以”涉嫌严重违纪违法”等多重罪名扣押了张又侠，但在过去，两人都属于”太子党派系”，并建立了合作与信任关系。 张又侠一直是习近平在军队中的核心支柱和政治上的最大依靠，曾坚定支持习近平在2015-2017年进行军事改革，也是习近平排除反对力量，修改宪法达成无限连任的最大保障。军改完成后，中央军委明确将全军现役总人数定为200万人，其中包括不足100万人的陆军、约29万人的海军、约40万人的空军、约10万人的火箭军及其他部队。这一规模自2017年以来保持稳定，是不包括武警和预备役在内的全球规模最大的正规军。

由于中国在经济上受到华尔街的全面控制，经由最新的资本积累形式，中国已经转变为帝国主义资本的亚宗主国（sub-metrópoli）。作为全球资本主义的次中心，中国加强了美元的全球垄断地位，并保证了极高的剥削率，因此，并不存在迫使中国政府维持规模如此庞大的军队的侵略者，军队主要是为了镇压全国性的工人暴动而存在的。而要保证军队的镇压能力，必须由拥有实际作战经验的人来管理，没有指挥经验的习近平不得不与曾参加过对越战争的张又侠达成协议来间接控制军队。

值得一提的是，即便张又侠曾是习近平的盟友，但他从未真正成为其下属，两者的冲突源于他对习近平推行无限期连任后还要指定继承人的野心感到不满，导火索则是”台湾问题”上是否诉诸武力的意见分歧。由于习近平需要政治功绩来巩固其统治合法性，就像布什政府曾成功利用”911事件”来排除他们的政治对手那样，习近平迫切希望通过控制台湾来完成对他个人的神话，以求彻底打击党内反对派，因此在对待”台湾统一”的具体方式上急切地倾向于使用武力。而张又侠则从军事战役的极大难度、给国家经济带来巨大的负面影响方面，尝试说服习近平采取谈判等和平措施，这就构成了对习近平的反对意见。对于一位极度自负的独裁者而言，任何反对意见都是不能容忍的，尤其是张又侠的权威、地位、实际权力都对习近平构成了挑战，因此，逮捕张又侠就是习近平抹除党内不稳定因素的必要措施。

涉及到独裁政权各派系之间的激烈对抗

自张又侠和刘振立下落不明后，部队的调动就显示出一场危机，由于习近平盲目地扩大其在军队内部的影响力，他决定继续调查并惩处中国人民解放军（PLA）内部的高级官员，导致了中国军队与北京之间产生直接冲突，这表现为北京的行政官僚无法与该国各军区的军事官僚达成协议。这是资本主义独裁政权内部两个派系之间的斗争，其中并不存在任何进步力量，因为这两个派系都是深度腐败且亲帝国主义的资本主义部门，与大企业和华尔街有着千丝万缕的联系。

近50万人将军队视为工作来源，这是因为中国人民解放军200万现役人员中，有23%是文职人员，他们为了更稳定的社会保障而在军队中谋职。解放军腐败的基础在于军队可支配的资金规模超过1.1万亿元人民币，由国家预算和军工企业收入组成。然而，在2017年的军队改革完成后，军队管理趋于混乱，腐败依旧严重，且缺乏实战经验。其中大部分具备战斗能力的装备仍是前苏联的遗产，而自主研发的新型武器并不适合在正面战场进行持久、高强度的使用。至于职业士兵，大多由独立意识强、忠诚度低的年轻人组成；由此可说，中国军队的综合实力可能还不如越南。

中共文职官员的腐败范围广泛并影响着国民经济，而军队的腐败则与军事预算，特别是军事装备采购挂钩。从历史上看，例如邓小平时代，为了换取政治忠诚，军队被允许进行走私，直到1998年远华案揭露了人民解放军的石油走私行为。远华案涉及数百万吨成品油和数十亿的偷税漏税，引发了公众的巨大关注和大规模的贪腐投诉，这促使江泽民强制要求军队与商业脱钩。

毫无疑问，现在的任务是将中国革命者重新团结在马克思主义和彭述之所推动的正统托洛茨基主义周围，而不是团结在导致了亲资本主义及华尔街财团独裁统治的毛主义修正主义周围。与此同时，民众的不满和危机迫使习近平选择铲除一切形式的反对派和异见人士，这无疑将进一步加剧政权的危机。马克思主义者谴责这场独裁政权的危机是一场亿万富翁之间的争斗，我们必须利用其危机，推动一切旨在终结习近平和中共资本主义独裁的运动，以建立一个真正的工农政府，终结这个腐败的亿万富翁资本主义寡头集团的统治。
